MONDAY MOTIVATION

—The cold, snowy days can be challenging. Spending quality time with our horses can take a hit, and trying to get started after time off can be daunting. The key is to get started again, even if it’s back at the beginning. Find a way to CONNECT with your horse. Groundwork, riding fun figures, just an hour of grooming and connecting. Don’t feel guilty for missing time, that is wasted energy that will keep you down. Look for your motivator. It may be in a friend, coach/instructor, a good video, online support.

I’m so bad at taking pictures! Yesterday I had a great morning in Sherman’s Dale working with some really nice horses and some wonderful owners including a new client, a 5 year old Belgian. Had a super fun road trip to Morgantown with a bff and met some nice owners of two saddle shops. Ended the evening at Perry County fairgrounds with two up and coming 4-H girls and their talented horses.

Good Afternoon Graceful Strides Family, We have some exciting news! Graceful Strides Mobile Massage Therapy and Horse Connections, Susan Berger will be holding our FIRST clinic this spring! If you are interested in more information or would like to participate in this clinic please reach out to Susan Berger or I, as spots in this clinic will be limited. We will also be opening the clinic up to auditors for a small fee!
