I’m in desperate need of help with vet bills. Not only that, but this week i need to get the farrier out, and stock up on feed again.
I have been going through health issues and ended up at the ER on new years. I need surgery ASAP, and will be quick and easy BUT i have to pay out of pocket so i’ll be doing that in Mexico where it’s 1/6th of the price. Now… i’ve cancelled my surgery which is putting me in a really vulnerable position for it to be a bigger emergency. I’ve had to use all my funds on the dogs health.
First, Lucky (healer) had some type of eye issue and i treated it at the vet last week. Now Max (terrier) 💔 His eyes were so swollen I had to work on getting the swelling down to even be able to see his eyes. By the time the swelling went down, we’re able to see he’s blind in one eye, and partially blind in the other. He’s going to the vet tomorrow to see if we can do anything to help. I’m sure they’re going to sedate him, bc he’s really bad with the vet. I’m begging for help 🙏🏻 This week is going to cost thousands in vet, farrier and feed, i just don’t have it. I will post the vet bills as well tomorrow.

This beautiful boy needs a home. He is extremely affectionate and amazing with humans. Although i believe he would thrive being an only dog and the center of your 🌎, he is okay with other dogs, but can be food aggressive with others. If he was adopted with other pets, it would need to be a very balanced large dog only, with a solid owner/leader. Kids 10+. He’s neutered and UTD on shots. Please DM me with any questions. 🩵🙏🏻

The only thing i ever want for my birthday is to make sure these animals are happy and healthy 🩵

Today the farriar came to check on Casper and trim the other horses. ($250)

We need hay and feed as always 🙏🏻

I have less than $20,000 i owe on the ENTIRE 80 acre property. I would love to make a GoFundMe to try to raise funds to get back there. Once my property is paid off, I can finish the permitting and start building a permanent residence for all of the animals.

Today I am very in need of hay!! if I don’t raise the money, it has to be taken out of what was supposed to be paid towards my property today. I am so close to having everything paid and being able to finish the permitting process to go back to our 80 acre property. If you’ve been following me, you know I have been through hell and back with this property, but never have I given up and the storm actually feels like it’s clearing. I really need help on food so I can use the money I make from my job to get back to our home. I am positive the animals miss it just as much as I do. 🙏🏻🩵

If you’ve been following you know these past couple years have been the biggest struggle. I sacrificed everything to buy my property for my rescue just to have to demolish it a few years later (long story, sh*tty neighbor). thankfully, I didn’t completely lose my property and I’m very close to paying it off., which I will build on when I get back on my feet. 80 acres will provide lifelong homes for animals that wouldn’t have a chance. this is the first week in a long time I was able to get the horses out and exercised and spend the entire day with them which i’ll continue to do so. Every penny i make working is going towards my property so I don’t have the ability to cover all of the expenses of the animals. I really need help with hay right now. Since I’ve gone back to work, I don’t get the chance to post on social media as much, and my donations have almost stopped. I’m so thankful that you all have gotten me through this past year. I look at all of the animals and I’m so grateful that we’ve survived until now and can look towards the future. this community is small, but powerful. 🙌🏻 Venmo, PayPal and GoFundMe are in my bio. I have some very big news although I am not out of the woods yet. As most of you know I was kicked off of my own property last year because of a really crappy neighbor continually making complaints that other code enforcement officers would simply drop and move on because I wasn’t doing anything illegal and was just rescuing animals. They would come up there and talk about how great it was what I was doing and how beautiful my property was. But then after 4 years of complaining, this neighbor was able to get an officer to continually harass me to the point where I just left because I didn’t want to risk my animals being there when I was working. This is completely illegal (strong arming) but I didn’t have the money to fight. I had to spend a ton of money on moving myself and the animals along with some health issues so I stopped Making my payments on my property.

I’ve just gotten back to work and thankfully I was able to make a payment February 1 when my land would have been foreclosed. 🙌🏻🎉 I was supposed to be done making my payments this June and the only reason the person who financed my property agreed to wait this long was because I promised by the maturity date I would catch up on my payments and they would be complete. This means that I have to pay double every month in order to make sure I pay off this property.

While I do all that I’m going to make sure I finished paying for the permitting so I can bring the animals back home to my property. This property is 80 acres and will do wonders for the animals. I’ll be able to rescue more often like I was back when I had it. To break this down I am going to be paying $9400/ month until June. This is near impossible. I know I will figure it out but I really need help covering the cost of the animals here in sanctuary. They need hay, horse feed, pig feed, veggies, cat and dog food.

I would have never been able to get through this past year without your help and I truly appreciate it. I love these animals more than anything. My life revolves around saving them and giving them a life they deserve. Please help me cover some costs on food for this month 🙏💛

Five horses and 2 minis need their hooves trimmed on tuesday. It’s short notice but the only day the farrier can come. I’m just getting on my feet after everything that’s happened this year. If i could raise $ to cover even half of this so i can focus on getting things back in order with my property it would help tremendously 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 It costs $350 for everyone and we are going to need hay on monday as well 😩 🙏🏻🩵

An update to my gofundme:

I can’t believe how close I am to things getting better. These past few months have been extremely hard for me. I am not used to not being able to rely on myself to make sure these animals are not only fed, but in the best possible condition. I will forever miss the animals that were adopted out, but i know I can’t provide lifetime sanctuary to every one i rescue. It’s just not realistic. I have always had the hardest time asking for help and I feel like the silver lining and all of this is that I really needed to learn how to ask for help to build a solid foundation for my rescue.

Besides asking for help with food, I hope this will be my last big ask for this situation. I am trying my hardest to go back to work ASAP. I hope I will be able to fix things with my property so my animal family can end up in paradise again. I know how much the dogs miss hiking every day. I’m sure the horses miss running free through the trails. I want so bad to put this behind us. My property is 80 acres and i can’t imagine 2 or 5 or 10 years from now the type of place we could create for them.

The only thing that I need now is to stock up on food so I can go to work. I’m going to list the items needed and edit/delete as i get donations for them so i can keep it updated. My goal is to raise this all in 10 days so i can get to work and cover the $ i need myself to make sure i don’t fully lose the property I worked so hard for. Please help me in this last stride to get back on my feet and give all of the residents here the home they deserve 🩵🙏🏻
