We have a full in-house laboratory for blood work, in-house radiology for X-Rays, and a full small animal pharmacy/diet center for easy refills of medicine or food. Our veterinary staff will diagnose, provide treatment, give nutritional or behavioral counseling, and discuss your pet's optimal health care needs. Our friendly staff is here to optimize your pet's visit and provide great customer service. Our goal is to provide you and your pet with both "Modern Medicine" and "Old-Fashioned Care." Last week was a very hard week for our entire Boulevard family… we lost a near and dear member of our pack and family, Loki. His mother Melissa, one of our front desk receptionists, shared these beautiful photos of him. Loki was loved by all of us and we have a huge amount of empathy for Melissa during this time of grief so please keep her and her family in your thoughts and send them healing energy. He sadly departed and his feline siblings will miss him as much as we humans do. Rest in peace you loveable chonk of a fella’… you’ll never have to be tortured by the evil nail clippers of death again ❤️‍🩹 All of us will miss you. We’ll see you again on the other side of that rainbow bridge. 🌈

It is with a heavy heart I wanted to share that we lost a dear friend and patient on Monday, Clifford. Clifford will live on forever in our hearts, his family’s hearts, and his sister Suzy Q’s precious heart. He was always a joy in daycare, had an infectious smile and was infamous for tipping his bucket to get our attention when he wanted pets. Super intelligent and full of love, he will be greatly missed.

As we say goodbye to summer, I decided it’s time to give an introduction to our kennel staff. These dedicated individuals have a huge passion for animals and provide top quality care for your fur babies as if they were our own.

The first photo is our kennel manager Ashley! She is a shepherd mom who brings in her two beautiful Germans named Heidi and Thor. Ashley has worked in huge high-volume facilities maintaining dozens of animals with all kinds of temperaments as well as socializing them with one another and introducing them. She also took educational courses in grooming and has tons of fresh ideas for our kennel and hospital.

The second photo is me, Corey! I’ve been here at Boulevard as a kennel technician for almost two years and I make our social media posts! 😊 I worked in corporate dog care doing daycare/boarding for about two years previously and then I was led back to my passion by rescuing and rehoming a stray bull terrier that reminded me of how many dogs lives I can positively impact!

The final photo is Jessica, our other kennel technician. She is photographed here with her fur-child, Ben. Jessica has worked with other animal hospitals and came in with sanitization processes that have really revolutionized our cleaning and ensures a safe healthy environment for your pets even here in a hospital setting. She has a huge drive towards lab side and is currently in school to follow that goal!

We are here to provide a positive, safe and comfortable environment for your pet filled with all the love, care and compassion that they deserve. Thanks for choosing us for your pet’s needs and we are always available to discuss anything about your pets and their experience.
