Disgusting.
An investigation is underway after the skeletal remains of multiple horses were discovered at an Ohio equine facility.
Sources say the horses appeared to have been in the stables for months, adding that the wood in one stable was found severely chewed, with a carcass found just beneath.
"My staff and I are very aware of the heinous nature of these alleged crimes - we take them very seriously - and my administration’s past results in animal cases reflect that."
