Here’s Sascha (3 mo) and Annie (5 yr)! This Labrador pair has gone very well despite a challenging month with a newborn puppy and unwanted behaviors! Educated family on how to make leashed walks more puppy friendly and adjusting expectations to meet her where she’s at with her high energy and active nose! Working with her eventual maturity will allow for combined walks and easier experiences!

Here’s Pepper! A calm yet tentative and observant Siberian Husky who was introduced to listening and connection exercises to have her work harder to help in pulling and ease prey drive instincts. She was wiped out after our session as her owners learned many new tools and awareness of how to improve their overall leadership and skills!

Here’s Phantom! An 11 mo old Husky Rottweiler who is incredibly observant, sensitive and truly loves to be outside, approach guests on his terms, makes choices when listened to and likes the simple things in life. Educated owners of behaviors around recall, being off leash, food interest and apprehension around new people. What a truly unique soul and glad to spend time getting to know him!

Here’s Yuzu! A 3 mo old Pomapoo! Educating first time puppy owners of how to create a solid foundation of training for this energetic and confident boy! Solidifying good potty habits along with pen and crate training are off to a good start along with allowing him to learn how to solve problems with clear guidance and support. Really enjoyed spending time to watch him thrive!

Here’s Priya! A 2 yr old Yorkie who is highly reactive to other dogs on walks, fast moving objects or things around the home and random noises. Educated owners on how to meet her internal needs better, set consistent boundaries and then manage her access and exposure to help her learn to establish more positive experiences. She loved all of the work and play to give her owners more hope in training and future compliance!

Here’s Herbert James (1.5) and Billie Gene (4)! Wire Haired Pointing Griffons who have alert barking tendencies and leash reactivity. Herbert is the more nervous and vocal of the two as I educated their owners on best practices to exercise consistent leadership to reduce arousal, reduce jumping, reduce barking and set better boundaries for compliance. They both did great and with other strategies to help set the tone for a calmer home. What a great pair!!!

Here’s Holden! A 15 mo old Smooth Collie who I’ve been working for the past 6 months and have made significant progress in so many areas of their relationship. Leash reactivity, visitor greetings, getting into the car and other behaviors have improved with patience,leadership and consistent practice. I’ve enjoyed watching them both grow and learn together to bring the best out of him!!

Here’s Tito and Maggie! Maggie is a 2 yr old Lab/Pyrenees mix who along with Tito are both anxious, reactive to visitors, difficult on leash and separation from their owner. Educated owner on strategies to manage these two, lead with clarity, calmness and consistency. Both dogs responded well to this approach and able to handle my movements better with time. Looking forward to more progress in future sessions.

Here’s Archie (3.5 yrs) and Polly (5)! I’ve been working with this pair to help them on greetings to their home, leash reactivity and managing anxiety to improve patience and confidence. Teaching loose leash walking with a much longer leash combined with new enrichment tools gave the dogs more flexibility and opportunity for more purposeful experiences and training! Owners excited to implement new strategies!!

Here’s Gigi! A 2 yr old Yorkie who is very protective, barks and lunges towards guests when there is movement near or away from her owners. Educated owners on strategies to best set clear boundaries, take action to lead her more effectively to set her up for success and reduce her stress. This was very effective to manage her emotions and change their approach to management. Also addressed elimination issues, alert barking as well as future leash reactivity!

Here’s Coconut! A 9 year old Samoyed who is learning how to be less stressed when separated from her owners and establishing more work and motivation in the process. Coconut stays focused at the front door when one owner leaves the home and not interested in doing much else until the owner returns. Our first session was successful to set a good foundation and increased awareness for future progress!

Here’s Arrow! A 1.5 yr old Aussie Shepherd who is learning new lessons around the home when he gets aroused, persistently barks or demands, jumps and mugs for attention. Educating owners on ways to motivate, teach and lead him with greater leadership and management of boundaries will make him happier and more connected. What a very smart boy and happy to have this additional support!
