Right now, 46 kittens are in our care. 💙 Some are still with their mothers, while others have arrived as orphans, but all are receiving the love and attention they need to grow strong!

When kittens come to us, we keep families together whenever possible. Each kitten stays with mom until they're fully weaned, and they receive their vaccinations on schedule. Once they've reached an appropriate weight, they're spayed or neutered, and only then are they ready for adoption. This process takes weeks to months before each kitten is prepared for their new home!

Every kitten receives excellent care thanks to the tireless dedication of our staff, volunteers, and foster families who put in countless hours of work. Our communities support makes it possible for us to provide this level of care, and eventually these little ones will have their debut to our community as they search for their forever homes! ✨

Adoption, volunteering, and donations are the most impactful ways to support these littles and our shelter. To see available pets, our wishlist, sign up to volunteer, and so much more, visit whitmanpets.org. 🐾
