We are looking for our next student intern with potential to move into a paid position as we expand.
Ages 14-19 wanting to start a career in the horse industry, preferably homeschooled or out of high-school. Confident rider with a solid seat and walk, trot, canter. Good work ethic, dedication, patient, kind but firm.

Duties will include helping with morning chores, farm maintenance and projects, working with Green horses, helping with rehabs and rescues. Acting counselor for camps and clubs, assisting with prepping for shows.
No previous experience necessary besides basic riding skills and willingness to learn!

Potential to work for discounted lease and opportunities to show, or for discounted board once we have available stall.
Located in Columbia City, IN.

Timber weeks 7 and 8!
We started ground work! 3-4 days a week of lunging and various ground work exercises. He is starting to build muscle and is very excited to have a job to do. This horse goes stir crazy if he gets bored 😅 Heaven help us.

Timber has had quite an exciting last two weeks!
For week 5 and 6, he got his teeth done, feet done, and was introduced to some buddies and has made friends! Is now sitting just under a bcs of 4.0. We are so excited for the next two weeks as we start gearing up for the beginnings of body work and then training once he is cleared.

Well today was definitely one of those days... you know... the days where the horses act like they've been consuming nothing but copious amounts of caffeine for days and finally let out their pent up energy? Yeah... one of those days... Heaven help our souls and the poor kids that ride said horses 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ you know it's a rough day when the best lesson out of 5 was the usually spicy, 12 hand Welsh that somehow ranked best behaved horse of the day 🙄🤯🤦‍♀️

We are officially on the search! Our expansion plans will be beginning soon and that will require our next set of school horses. Looking for something sound, young if possible but willing to look at late teens if the perfect match. Ages 4-19. Mare or Gelding. Must have a good personality but Green and needing work is fine! Bonus points for rescues!! Height 14HH - 17.2 HH. Low thousands budget low due to needing multiple horses and time to get them turned into the perfect school horses.

So incredibly proud of this girl today!! Harlow has worked so hard to get up to 2 foot courses and is finally accomplishing that goal!
