I have found there are many differences between myself and ducks 🧐 A biggie is they run TOWARDS green peas, I run AWAY 🤢😂 I do love bringing them joy, even though I don’t understand it.

My favorite thing to do when I was little was read to my dog and my stuffed animals. I love this idea of combining your little one’s thirst for knowledge and pets. Get them started young!

We partnered with our friends at the Indianapolis Public Library to create a reading list for young readers and pet lovers. Titled "Lost Pets and the Enduring Human-Animal Bond," these books are filled with stories of lost or wandering pets finding their way back home to the families that love them. The employees at FACE read through stacks of books to pick our favorites, some of which had us nearly in tears. It's never too early to introduce children to responsible pet ownership and we think these books are a pretty good start.

A handsome boy looking for his forever family. Is it you or do you know the perfect family for him??

Hi 🐾 , I’m Tank!

I think I’m about 1️⃣ year old but honestly I’m not sure — I was alone 🥺 on the streets for a bit and then crated in a shelter for over a month 😔. For the past few weeks I’ve been hanging out at a REAL home 🏡 where I’ve been getting so much love 💗 and attention. 🤗 It’s been awesome!! I even have two dog sisters 🐶 🐶 that I get to play with any time I want! Unless they tell me they don’t want to play, then I find something else to do!

My foster humans 👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼 say I’m a big boy (75 pounds) and I may still be growing 🪴🤯. I feel like a puppy so their scale must be broke or something. I loooove food and I’ll do just about anything for a treat 😋! My favorite time of day is meal time 🍽️. In between meals I’m mostly happy on the couch 🛋️ catching some Z’s 😴 or chewing on a bone 🦴.

I’m still working on my manners so I need someone who will be patient with me while I learn 📚. I promise I will make it worth your while… I’ve got so much love to give ❤️! Won’t you share my story so I can find my forever home 🙏?
