Meet Lilith! She is a 1.5 year old Green Tree Python. They are native to the rain forest and their vibrant green color is the perfect camouflage. Newborn pythons are born red or yellow and will turn green as they mature. As cool as they are, they do require extensive research and an experienced handler.

MEET THE STAFF MONDAY: Our fearless leader! Laura (Dr. Byl) is the owner of Faithful Friends. She grew up in Sioux Center, Iowa and went to college to be a veterinarian at Iowa State University. She joined Dale Animal Hospital in 2004 . She has always had a passion to be a veterinarian. Laura likes having the opportunity to interact with both animals and people and the bond that exists between them. Being a veterinarian allows her to be a part of that bond every day. She is married to her husband Chad. They have two children, Taylor and Brady. Laura has 3 dogs, German Shorthair Pointers, Jacee and Piper, and a black lab named Toby. On her free time she loves spending time with her family outside, running, and reading.

Happy National Take Your Cat to the Vet Day! Cats are known for hiding illnesses so annual visits are crucial for early detection of potential health issues. “Hugs” came in for his annual with Dr. Byl. He got a clean bill of health and is the sweetest boy!! See you next year “Hugs”! ❤️🐈‍⬛😻

MEET THE STAFF MONDAY: Meet Ashley!
She is one of our newer CVT’s and graduated from Southeast Technical College in 2022. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, their son and mastiff doing outdoor activities as well as playing video games. Thanks for all you do Ashley!!!
