📣📣ATTENTION PLEASE 📣📣
Due to our manager having a pretty significant injury this week, things are going to look at little different through the end of the month.
First off, Madeline is doing okay. She suffered an ankle injury that's going to keep her off her feet for a little. Most important is her health and recovery.
Secondly, we are at a very busy time of year, with a lot more requests coming in. We want to accommodate as much as we can, so we're giving notice that this may be a bit of a crazy month. Please give us a little grace of we get a little out of whack.
Thirdly, if you have a regularly scheduled 30 min, you may be rescheduled for a 15 min in order to accommodate everyone's needs. All pups are just as important, so rather than saying we can't see one or two on any given day, cutting down time to accommodate as much as possible is the easiest route. When and where we can add more time, we will, but please expect a little bit of hiccup as we're going through the month.
Lastly, we will not be taking on any new clients, any additional sitting requests or additional boarding requests for the remainder of the month (if you're in a serious bond, reach out to Chantelle to see what we can do!)
We appreciate you giving us a little grace as we go through what will be a significantly interesting month, and we also appreciate any well wishes for a speedy recovery for Madeline.
