We have some more exciting news - Navi’s temperature has dropped! 🥳 This means puppies should start arriving tomorrow evening/night 🥰 A funny fact about Navi, is ever since her second litter, she “talks” to us in “huffs” and little whimpers when she wants something. This can be her wanting a ball, to go outside, to get a treat, etc. She started this the second time she was in labor, and realized that I gave her attention and talked back to her when she talked to me, so now I’ve created a demanding vocal little sassy corgi 😆♥️ SHE’s the one who’s trained ME 😂 Well, tonight she has been more vocally demanding than usual so I decided to check her temperature. Sure enough, she was telling me to get my life together and get ready for puppies to arrive tomorrow! 😂 Navi is really a one of a kind dog, and everyone who owns one of her puppies can tell you the same thing about their pups from Navi. We are so excited to see her last litter arrive tomorrow, but we are also so sad this chapter of our program will be coming to a close. Navi is the best little momma dog! We are also looking forward to spoiling her in her retirement, letting her rule the roost as her earned title as the Queen Bee 🐝 ♥️

The moment we’ve all (mostly me 🤣) been waiting for! Arwen is officially in labor, and she has been panting pretty consistently since 4am this morning. She is showing all the stage 1 labor signs such as shivering, panting, wanting to stay in her whelping box, etc. So I would say she very well could have these puppies today! I’d expect her to have them later in the day or even through the night, but this labor’s timing has been so off textbook for me that we might see puppies sooner than 24 hours from seeing her temp drop 😂 She was so anxious to get back to her whelping box when I was taking this picture, that I had to basically beg her to stay 😅 As soon as the picture was done she bolted back to her safe place 💕 We will update in our story today when we have updates to share.
