4. That's how many broken bones he's healed from 😔

One leg had healed so poorly, we had to amputate. But the other past breaks haven't affected his ability to get around!

This is Mateo, and he's a total love bug 🥺 We don't know what his past was like, but we know his future is filled with love 🥰

Donating supplies to our shelter help support faces like these - the ones who have a lot of healing to do, both body and mind 🥺

Most needed supplies:
- wet cat food, any kind
- blankets, really any kind of linen
- newspaper
- any cleaning supplies!

Paula Deen, our second longest resident, has been ADOPTED!

Her brother (on the left) came from KCHA in 2021. Her new mom drove from PA to meet and adopt Paula, who is now named Georgia 🍑

And she adopted Paula on her birthday 🥹 Happy birthday - and thank you for adopting our girl!! ❤️

We have ❗️52❗️ dogs who are already fixed and waiting for someone to take them home 🥺 You all know we've been struggling for kennel space, so this is to help the dogs who can go home same day find homes faster!!

So we're going to 🌀spin the wheel 🌀of adoptions! Enjoy anywhere from $0-$20 adoption fees on these dogs 🥰

You'll see some are already sponsored on their pics, so you'll for sure get $0 on those - but hey, you can spin the wheel for fun just to do it! Trust me, it's really fun to spin 😂

Mitzi with her ears flopping in the wind 🥰

Mitzi is a fun-loving, quirky pup with a soft side and a splash of sass! This adorable girl is all about playtime—she loves other playful dogs and isn’t afraid to get a little rowdy, so a tolerant dog friend is ideal.

When she’s not tossing around a squeaky stuffed toy (her absolute favorite!), you’ll probably find her zooming through the water sprinkler 💦 like it’s the best day ever. Spoiler alert: for Mitzi, it is. 😍

Once she feels safe, her affectionate and goofy personality really shines!

Mitzi’s looking for a patient and understanding family who can offer her both fun and security—and maybe a squeaky toy or two (or ten 😅). Could she be your perfect match?

Adopt a cat at Teays Valley Petco! 😸

Little Midnight here is the first of many KCHA cats who get to be adopted from our newest adoption location! 🥰

He's appropriately excited, wouldn't you agree? 😅

All cats there will get the same all KCHA pets do - spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, dewormed, flea/tick treated, & exclusive coupons to Petco!

Naps and winks? What could be cuter?! 😉

This little tabby girl is Carrot! 🥕

Her sister in the back has been adopted, but now its Carrot's turn!

She's 2.5 months old, has been socialized in a foster home with cats, dogs, and kids!

Shes basically perfect, don't you think?
