📆 Membership Details:
• Automatic withdrawal on the 1st of each month
• 30-day written notice required to cancel
• One bath per week max
• Short-haired breeds only (Examples: Chihuahuas, Bulldogs, Pugs, Beagles, Jack Russells, Basset Hounds, Dachshunds, Boxers, Rottweilers, Greyhounds, Great Danes, etc.)

🐾 How Our Grooming Process Works at Barkingham Palace 🐾

We want to give every pup the royal treatment they deserve, so here’s a quick breakdown of how our day runs:

✅ Drop-Off Times: We offer drop-off slots at 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, or 11 AM. Please note – this is a drop-off time, not an exact appointment time for grooming to begin.

✅ Order of Service: Dogs are groomed in the order they arrive. If you’re one of the later drop-offs, your pup will likely be one of the last finished.

✅ Need it Faster? We offer an Express Service for an additional $15, which bumps your pup to the front of the line. Perfect if you need a quicker turnaround!

✅ Why It May Take All Day: We are a high-volume grooming salon, and our goal is to give every dog the best care and attention. Some pups may be with us for the majority of the day.

✅ No Worries – We’re Cage-Free! While they wait, your dog will enjoy playtime and socialization with other pups instead of being stuck in a kennel.

It’s fireworks season and time for a reminder in dog safety! You can never be too cautious when it comes to keeping your pets safe. Fireworks can be extremely scary and many dogs go missing this time of year. While it can be very tempting to bring your furry friend along for the celebrations, they’re safest at home - in a crate or secure room.

🐾 The service you select at the time of booking is the service we will provide during your visit.
For example:
If you book a bath service, we won’t be able to switch to a full groom at check-in. Our schedule is carefully planned to give each pup the time and attention they deserve. 💕

If you’re unsure which service to select, feel free to give us a call, we’re happy to help! Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things running smoothly for all our furry friends. 🐶💖
