The new owner, Michelle Hilaire, has a dynamic background and business portfolio while being involved in serving and caring for pets as a lifelong endeavor. Michelle is the owner of Forage Dog Barkery, the

first and only dog treat bakery in La Plata, serving all natural dog treats. Her petpreneurship led her to acquiring 4 Pets’ Sake Pet Care, a top-rated dog walking, cat sitting and dog boarding service, named “Best Pet Care” by Washingtonian Magazine and named “Best of the Best” by Southern Maryland News for many years. Michelle and the 4 Pets’ Sake staff continually train in all aspects of pet care including pet first aid, dog obedience, animal behavior, Fear Free care, Animal Reiki, Tellington Touch, and pet bereavement counseling. We are dedicated to providing services that fit the diverse lifestyles of our community and really partner in with our clients in living a PAWESOME life.
