At the Shows:
* Typically scores 67%/68% in recent recognized USDF shows through T-3. Working Shoulder in, serpantines with Counter canter. C-W-C transitions.
* Many first place ribbons and 2 recent TIP Highpoint Awards.
* USEF Lifetime registered and USDF HID.
* Chill attitude and doesn't require long warm-up.
* Loads easily on both my step up and ramp trailers. Stalls and travels quietly.

At Home:
• Steady for walk/trot longe line and w-t-c lessons. In professional training til sold. My children's program is growing fast but I'm not ready to hire an assistant so I need a shorter lesson horses/pony for un-assisted bridling.
• Trail rides quietly.
* Loads, ties, stands. No vices, weird or naughty habits.
* Nice conformation (both body & hooves).

Health:
• Current everything
• No maintenance required.

Learning about horse photo shoots and removing braids.
(By the way, it takes a village if you didn't know!)
River doesn't show but she's shaking a feed bucket for "ears foward". Eva is holding the camera and Sharon is filling in the blanks guiding when needed😄

I'm posting the funny ones also when he was excited about the feed for your morning entertainment.

Since all Times ! Even 2000 years ago the principles of riding were clear!

Why we discuss them nowadays?

I finally found the pics I was looking for!!! Somehow in the editing process I saved them in a weird place.
Loooooved seeing Michele Horne and experiencing her quality ring stewarding! Always a calm kind word when a rider is in the middle of a nervous "storm".

Another successful weekend with Kendal, Ice and Grayson at the GDCTA Labor Day Classic 1 & 2. I heard through the grapevine that this was the biggest attended show since Regionals 2020!! Our boys were well aware of the different vibe and congestion but they were perfect gentleman.

Thank you Kathleen Duryea for your great photography and video skills!!

All Grayson tests ranged between 67.692% and 70.250% which is really good for not showing (to my knowledge) for the last 5 years!

Kendal and Ice ranged between 66.207% and 70.000%.
Again, super solid for their re-debut to recognized show (1 recognized show about 5 years ago!). Way to go Kendal!!! So proud of your hard work and consistent riding to prepare for this.

Weekend Update! Grayson and Ice **cleaned up** at the River Glen Dressage Show in New Market TN. Congratulations Kendal Duryea on more qualifying scores to help you get to Regionals and lots of fun ribbons! Anyone looking for a nice horse, just reach out to me as Grayson did the same and is for sale.

Thank you Amber Patterson, Michele Horne, the Graves Family (owners of River Glen) and volunteers, TIP Organizers and Wits End Tack Shop for all the beautiful ribbons, hard work, smiling faces and a wonderful weekend overall.

In the attached pics you'll notice Grayson was so relaxed the entire weekend, he couldn't be bothered to pick his ears up for pictures so we took **a lot**. These are just the ones on my phone. Kendal has more!!

Next post.......the trip home! Stay tuned.
