We provide a temporary, loving and caring home, (veterinarian care as needed) to surrendered or abandoned guinea pigs until they are adopted into their forever homes. We foster's for Furget Us Not Rescue take in owner surrendered or abandoned guinea pigs; we care for them, socialize them until they are ready for adoption through www.furgetusnotrescue.org

Here are Mustache and Brownie doing what they love, waiting for veggies and eating veggies.

They start wheeking before I enter their room. They are currently in a 6 x 2 C&C cage and enjoy running back and forth through a tunnel and into their huts…especially when I want to pick them up.

Once I have them they do enjoy a cuddle.
They are sweet girls.

We are THRILLED to announce that Henry has found his happily ever after in the loving arms of a young lady who saw his profile online and knew he was the pig for her. She was looking for a cuddle bud and she FOUND ONE in Henry, the snuggle bug who liked being held AND wanted his paw to rest on my finger--he wanted to hold hands. So sweet!

Reese is extremely food motivated.
She will wheek and squeak her approval for incoming treats/veggies.
When the treat bag makes a sound she gets excited looking for her snacky snack, but will nicely take them from your hand.

Movements do not cause her to shy away and she enjoys company. She lost her bonded cage pal, but would graciously accept another. She doesn’t instigate, but will defend herself without malice.

She adjusts to changes in scenery since she travels almost every weekend.
This sweet girl is looking for her furever home with someone that will adore her and keep her treats at the ready.

She is 3 years 7 months.

Rosie sends her love with wheeking and squeaking when her fresh snacks are coming. She shy’s away from fast movements, but happily hangs out if relaxing near the cage or during floor time (floor time is where she prefers pets).

Being held isn’t her first love, but she will accept pets and try to hide in her blankie/cuddle sack.
A good hidey and comfy bed are her love language beyond food. She enjoys company, but hasn’t found a friend to bond with. She instigates with another (possibly from her history of being picked on), but is not aggressive.
She is used to changes in scenery since she travels almost every weekend.
If you’re looking for a sweet girl that’s a little shy, but willing to expand her horizons she will be your furever friend.
