That’s why not many of our horses get advertised anymore!

Please help our perfect foster find a home . They don’t get easier than this dog . Handsome and fully trained available for adoption through rescue .

He is fully trained. 100% house broken, no accidents - and askes for the door- 100% off leash trained with a reliable recall. Great with dogs of all sizes and all humans . Puppies - big dogs- small dogs plays with them all. Doesn’t even try to take your food if you eat in the car next to him!

He has better training than dogs in rescue! He is happy all day every day. You won’t find happier. He is loving and sweet. He just wants to be with people.

He has such love in his eyes.

He is the type of dog that is getting over looked for no reason. He is so kind and gentle and EASY. He can fit into any home. I can’t put into words how easy he is.

He goes out around 9pm and we are waking him up at 8 to go out. Though he likes to go in the car and for walks and play, he doesn’t need this daily. He is just as happy to lay around al day.

Size of a big lab. 4yo.

We didn’t latch his crate he got out and didn’t even get into the open kitchen trash.

Not cat friendly.

This 2013 Hann Gelding stands 16.2. He is gorgeous. He has been doing IEA for 4 years at JWU. He is the favorite. Used in the HJ and Dressage IEA program. He is fancy. Fancier than a college would typically have, but he is so good they continued to lease him.

He has large, ground covering movement. Beautiful build and “the look”.

He is a forward thinker, well mannered, and well schooled. With commitment he can possibly be dropped off at your barn. He is available end of April/early May.

No current video because he has been on lease for 4 years. I am relying on what they have shared with me. But the photos are current. Lease is high 4s

I am looking to add horses to the lease program. To start, lesson/ camp types that are good all arounders. Not fancy. Just safe, solid citizens.

Any breed except TB or Standardbred
Any height but prefer horses or larger ponies
Age: Under 20
Location: Extended New England
Budget - Will be appropriate for quality, but keep in mind I am not looking for fancy show horses with extensive records at this time. Just plain, safe, easy types.

This gorgeous 2013 Hanoverian gelding will be available for lease for the first time in FOUR years! He is 16.3 and stunning in looks and in his movement.

He is a HJ/Dressage horse. Does both! He has been doing IEA for the last four years but the program is closing so he is available in May. He is a much higher quality horse than an IEA program typically has but he is so ridable they have leased him.

He is a forward thinker but safe. Quality in his gaits is incredible. Big, elastic, ground covering movement. If you are interested in leasing him beginning in May email [email protected] or call text 207-391-3208

Has been out of work because I don't have a pony rider. So he is a short term care lease for that reason. Or can be a longer term for very short $. Needs to get back into work. He is an exceptional show pony but needs to be brought back into work.

Would be great for a lesson program for now just to get back into work he is quiet enough. Or if you want a pony with a lot of showing experience on a short budget, he's your guy. Serious inquires only please.

Smokin Dude 2007 AQHA medium gelding.

Tons of show miles, been there done that pony. Has also done lessons. Kick ride on the flat, not as much of a kick ride o/f but not one that will take off with your kid. A super great pony that is safe and experienced.

Eddies lease has been renewed with Paula! He will be starting with us for another year, leased by Paula, while she continues to learn from him. They are an incredible pair. Paula and Eddie work with in their lessons. Congratulations to Paula and Eddie!

We had to say goodbye to an old friend. Bat arrived at Dream Acres as a 4yo. He had many fans. He was a lesson horse for me before I sold him to longtime student . When she outgrew him I purchased him back as a lesson horse because he was such a good boy. As he got too old for lessons he was full leased to for the rest of his years. Bat is one of the lucky few that spent his whole life at one farm, here. Coming at 4 and leaving us to cross the rainbow bridge at 26(ish) years old. Almost every rider that has come through these barn doors rode Bat at some point. Fly free, old guy! You did well. ❤️

Volunteering at an adoption event in York Maine. These are my favorites. I know my friend circle can give these guys a home. They are incredible dogs. Available through You can come meet them today!

Rainbow - 4y mastiff mix. Could he be more handsome? Great with ALL dogs and people. Mon reactive even when dogs barked in his face today. The easiest most handsome dog. He’s big but so gentle. He could live in ANY type of home. There’s something special about his soul. And he’s been waiting for a home for a year!! He is exceptional and SO happy!!

Ellie - blonde one. Just sweet and perfect. She would thrive in any home. She wanted to be close to me the entire time.

The little brown one - scared and nervous but glued herself to people. She wouldn’t leave my lap. Need one of my my patient, loving, gentle friends to step up for this one and help her come out of her she’ll.

I have a middle aged - medium@piny gelding available for free lease for the winter. I don’t have a pony rider right now. Best suited as a beginner lesson pony right now. Has had time off and needs to be brought back into work appropriately. Option to extend lease for fee in the spring when he will be fit to do his regular job. (Seasoned Show pony flat and o/f). Serious inquires only. He’s a really good boy. I need him to be in work. And I need the space. Lease will go now till May 1. Pic is just for post not actual pony.
