Clear Creek Cat Rescue Clear Creek Cat Rescue is a 501c3 non profit dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and rehoming stray, injured, homeless and feral cats.

We rescue and rehome cats primarily in Southcentral Alaska from Houston to Homer. CCCR rescues 500 - 700 cats a year.

She's a 3 month old cutie pie. Full of crazy kitten energy. Loves her kitty friends and will need feline buddies in her new home.

Mickey loves to play outside on warm days. She's head over heels for going outside with her foster mom and the other kitties and racing around like a fluffy nutcase; it's her best world. Of course, she wants to go back inside when she's all tuckered out and ready to crawl into somebody's warm lap for a nap.

If you've been missing out on love, Pamuk is here to help.

Pamuk is desperate for love and pets and attention. He will hang out with your for ages just to have his head rubbed and get his back stroked and have the loving touch of his family.

He's a muscular, sleek creamsicle boy whose focus is on his humans who he is dedicated to making sure that they have all the interaction that they could desire. He'll stand on his back legs and give you those loving looks, swirl around your legs and probably turn back flips to make you happy. He would even play with you.

We think he's in the young adult age range. It seems certain that he was someone's beloved boy before he ended up all on his own in the world. In case he missed anything in his last home for giving his people love, he is determined to make up for it this time. He will be totally devoted to his people forever.

He does not like other cats. We don't know about dogs. He would probably do fine with older kids, and maybe even littles if they can hold themselves up against his dedicated rubbing against legs and shoulders. Although Pamuk seems at time like he has time for nothing but snuggling, he would need a place to go outside with his people, a place to decompress and enjoy peace and fresh air, and maybe run and play with his friend.

Sky, maybe she is named for the color of her eyes. She is a beautiful tortie-point Siamese girl with a sweet and friendly nature.

Sky is super gentle and has the quietest meow in existence (except for when you put her in a carrier). Despite that gentle manner she loves her rough pets and being pushed around. Even more than that she loves her brush and will love anyone who takes the time to pet her. She enjoys sleeping on the bed occasionally but be wary, for she may try and steal your pillow from you.

Given her gentle nature and love for playing she would likely do well with children. As for other cats, she likes some and others not so much. She does like to scratch so scratching posts and mats will be important.

She is about 7 years old and definitely a one of a kind girl.

Say hello to Bubble and Yogi, AKA the biscuit brothers! They are 9-10 months old and most likely biological brothers.

Bubble is mostly black with a unique frosty grey tummy. He is totally unbothered by dogs and does an excellent job at ensuring no one forgets his dinner. Despite his advocacy efforts he still only gets fed twice a day.

Yogi is all black with a little salt and pepper sprinkle. He is very sweet, a little shy and can be skittish with sudden movements but is getting more used to it. He is really starting to get comfy with the action of the house and likes to be around people. He is fine with nice/calm dogs but prefers that they are not too close and/or chasing him.

During the day they lounge in the cat tree or nap in a warm sunny spot. They love to wrestle with catnip toys, bat around feather toys, chase a laser, or play with any writing utensils they can find. They are very good at using a scratching post. Both of them are happy to be held (instant purring!) but still learning to seek out love on their own. They are independent gentlemen and don’t see the need to oversee your daily activities but love to get pets as you walk by.

They are happy as a pair but they came from a group of cats and would be fine to go separately to homes that have other cats to be their friends and playmates. They have been outside and will need a place to play outside in the summer with their families.

The cat for you and for your cat-loving dog! If your dog loves to romp around with a playful cat, hang out together, be best buddies, here's Tarot! If you want an affectionate and energetic cat to brighten up your life, this is the cat for you!

This sleek young fellow is full of energy and power. He is ready to race through the yard with his dog buddy at full speed. Or nestle up on the dog bed with his canine friend and snooze away the night.

Tarot is revved up. But he is also super affectionate with his people. He loves to be pet and snuggled and cuddled, as if he was your baby kitty. He might even play string or toy bird with you. He makes the cutest little chirping sounds and he is a great at purring!

With his dog playmates, he is charged and ready to go. Delighted to share all things fun and all things snuggly with his family--humans and dogs. He has also been with cats and he is not mean to them but he is generally just too ramped up and wrestles too rough for them. The right cat.......maybe. But a cat-loving dog is a much better fit for this big hunk of muscle and drive. Just like your energetic dog, he will need a good place to go outside and run, climb, leap and be crazy. Confined and bored, he can get in trouble, like scratch furniture or get too familiar with plants.

Tarot is ready for a family who is ready for him. He could be the best boy you ever have if only you give him a chance.

This magnificent panther is ready for a family who will love all of the wonderful things about him. In return you get total love and devotion forever and a best buddy for your cat-loving dog.

‼️NEED ADOPTER OR FOSTER ASAP ‼️

Esperanza’s foster is leaving Friday and we need to find her a permanent home or temporary foster ASAP!

Esperanza is a cat that doesn’t come along often! Not only is she an orange female (which is rare) but she has more than one brain cell unlike other orange cats!

Esperanza is bursting with personality! She will greet you at the door and follow you around the house. She is playful, likes chasing toys, and is very tolerant of being picked up and carried around. She will follow you and go on walks and loves to ride around in a cat backpack.

She had an owner who loved her very much, but unfortunately was unable to keep her due to their unhoused situation. This was heartbreaking for both of them. She is a very special little kitty and will require a very loving home 🧡

She loves to be outside and outside access is a must for her (for her permanent home). She’s lived most of her life outside and wants to maintain some of that access safely. She also enjoys spending her time sitting in the window watching for birds and napping in the sunshine.

Esperanza is fine with respectful dogs but she does not get along with other cats. She is about 5 years old and a wonderful companion for a happy loving person. Please contact us ASAP if you want to adopt her or can temporarily foster!

Kate waits. And hopes for her real forever family to come for her. She has lovely calico colors and big round eyes that make her seem like she is always surprised. She's adorable!

She's a sweet girl, gentle and pretty and very nice with her humans. She has no bad habits, not a single thing that would make loving her difficult. She loves to sit in laps and be pet. She loves to help with chores around the house and yard. She loves to share a peaceful home with her kind loving humans and she gives all of her love in return. She is the perfect companion affectionate without being needy.

She is a couple years old and beautiful and we could call her the perfect cat. She would be the very best companion for a loving human or humans who are not interested in chaos and who would be happy to live a life of kindness and love with their beloved little kitty girl. She might be goofy and play sometimes and there are occasional zoomies. But no trouble. Just fun and cuddles.

Kate does have what appears to be the beginnings of glaucoma and she now gets eye drops twice a day. She is very good at taking the drops. And they are very inexpensive. About $7 for 2 months supply.

If you're looking for a gentle, funny, kind and easy little girl who will girl her whole heart to you, Kate could be the one.

Bella is one of the most affectionate cats ever! She adores and desires being with her people and getting lots of petting and cuddling up to and sweet talk. She came from a group of cats with a very nice man who didn't have time to give every one as much attention as Bella needed. So she's looking for a home with a family who can put her on their schedule for regular and frequent love sessions.

She would love to sleep next to you, sit next to you or on your lap, cuddle up and give you those looks like she totally adores you. She can go off and do her own thing. She likes to hunt and is very good at it. Or lounging or maybe even playing in the yard would be great too. She has always done fine with other cats, until she is pregnant and then she wants nothing to do with them. But that anti-social condition is never to come again.

Bella is about 5 years old and hopeful that there is a family that will be thrilled to have her in their home and part of their family. and who will share lots and lots of love with her. Forever.

His homeless stray days are over. He's tired of it, not having a roof over his head. No soft bed to relax in and feel safe. No people to love him. He's ready to be the handsome big boy couch potato that is adored and loved by all.

O'Malley is about 8 years old and the perfect easy going orange boy. He is a big guy. About 17 pounds and it wouldn't hurt him to put on a few more pounds to fill out his fine physique.

He really is ready to settle down in a home without any hassles. He is totally okay with all the other cats and dogs in the house. He has no intention of causing trouble or trying to be the big kahuna. Home, family, love, a place to fit in--he is happy with that.

We think that although he's had enough of the lost loneliness of being a stray, he will still want to go outside an enjoy the luxury of the natural world with a home and family waiting inside for him when he wants to come in.

Esperanza is a friendly little fluff ball that will easily win your heart. She is one of those unusual orange female cats; most orange cats are male. She is also unusual that she is a homeless camp kitty. She was not without a family; she had her dad who she had been with since she was a kitten. But after they lost their home, they became residents of homeless camps. Until finally her dad decided that she needed a better, safer life and he surrendered her to us.

She loves to be outside. She has lived her more recent life roaming the woods and streets with her dad. She is a great walking buddy and is happy riding in her cat backpack. Now that she has a home, she also enjoys spending her time sitting in the window watching for birds and napping in the sunshine. But she will need a good place to enjoy the outdoors with her family as well as having a cozy loving home.

In her foster home, she likes to greet you at the door and follow you around the house. She is very social with her humans. She is playful, likes chasing toys, and is very tolerant of being picked up and carried around.

CCCR Rescues Cats and Kittens

CCCR rescues and rehomes about 500 cats and kittens a year in Southcentral Alaska from Houston to Homer. We focus on helping those most in need--the lost, starving, injured and feral. Rescued cats are provided needed health care and placed in foster homes until forever homes can be found. We have no paid staff. We operate solely with the help of kind volunteers and the support of our wonderful rescue community.
