Back-to-School & Back from the Show! 🎓🐴

Our last summer show was a special one, the final outing with our senior girls, Hallie and Allison… though we’ll get to cheer Allison on again this fall when she heads to Indoors with Kris!

It was a weekend full of move-ups, new classes, and plenty of fun both in and out of the ring. In true back-to-school fashion, here are our results in alphabetical order:

Good luck to our horses and riders as we are off to our last show of the summer.
This show will be especially bittersweet as it marks the last show for two of our riders, Hallie and Allison, before they embark on new adventures.
Hallie will be heading off to study and ride for Sweet Briar College, while Allison will be continuing her academic journey at Cornell University. We’re incredibly proud of their achievements and can’t wait to see what the future holds for these talented young women.
We’re honored that both families have chosen to keep their horses, TJCs Yo Gotti (Gotti) and Celleiko (Sam), under our care and training during this time.
As we attend the final show of the summer, we’re filled with a mix of emotions, excitement for their futures, and gratitude for the continued opportunity to work with their wonderful horses.
Good luck to all our horses and riders as we head into this last show of the summer. Looking forward to a great week.

‼️The Hidden Dangers of Over-the-Counter Supplements (Nutraceuticals) 🚨
➡️Just because it’s available online or at the feed store doesn’t mean it’s safe.

We’ve seen horses suffer serious cardiac complications and in some cases, death, after being given unregulated oral pastes marketed as “nutraceuticals” or “supplements.” These terms are often used interchangeably, but neither is a guarantee of safety or quality.

These products are not regulated by the FDA. There’s no oversight, no verification of ingredients, and no telling what your horse is actually ingesting.

💨Commonly marketed as performance enhancers, these pastes promise an “extra boost” or the push a horse needs to compete. However, without regulation, there’s no telling what’s actually inside. Combined with heat and exertion, they may do more harm than good.

If your horse needs performance or wellness support, we urge you to consult with your veterinarian. At PHD Veterinary Services, we can help guide you toward evidence-based, thoroughly tested options that prioritize your horse’s safety and long-term health

We couldn’t be prouder of our riders and their hard work in the show ring.
✨ Our riders, Dani, Addie, Marli and Hallie entered three equitation divisions. These were new divisions for Dani and Addie, and our girls came home Champion or Reserve in all three!

🏆 Marli and KT Quinn earned back-to-back Champion titles in the 12-14 Equitation.

🏆Dani and Woldberg’s Bochelli earned Champion in the Pony Equitation

🏆Addie Buteau and Crac D’Iloe earned Reserve Champion in the 15-17 Equitation!

🏆The week prior, Hallie and TJC’s Yo Gotti secured Champion of the Children’s Equitation

We’re beyond proud of how much effort these riders put in, and how they continue to rise to the occasion every time they step into the ring. 💪🐴

That’s a wrap on two amazing weeks at the World Equestrian Center!
