What a year it's been thus far! After 187 days of dog boarding (since Jan. 1st), we were so ready to skip town for our own late Summer break that we forgot to pack a change of clothes! Oops! No worries though . . . we'll be checking texts (faster) and emails (slower) while we're away to help you get your pooches scheduled for boarding so you can move forward with your own upcoming travel plans! THANKS to YOU, our beloved doodle parents and families, we’re now celebrating 2 YEARS of Doodle Dads Dog Boarding! By the end of Year 1, we had served 60 doodles (and their friends). Now, at the end of Year 2, we’ve doubled that to 125 doodles (and their friends)! That’s 500 paws served! Wowza! We’re so honored to have gained the trust and support of all our doodle families, and after having had those 500 paws (well, most of them) trapse across our bodies as we slept at night, we’re still ready for more! THANK YOU **ALL** from the bottom of our hearts!!

Snooty doodles! Apparently, my VERY tasty blackened chicken Caesar salad (from Lighthouse Bar & Grill) last night wasn't of any interest to any of these snooty doodles. Instead, Doodle Dad Dan's BLT sandwich was all the rage! Tough crowd.... 🤪🤣

Some of my doodle parents marvel at how big some doodles can get. This photo popped up in my "Memories" today, and it features our beloved Bodie (on the right) alongside our Benny. Bodie was a "big boy" for sure, coming in at 105 pounds (Benny's about 85 pounds). For that much weight, Bodie was actually a slender guy -- he was just tall, a miniature pony some would describe! We lost him in the Fall of 2021, and he is very much missed! 😍💘
