He took no time settling right into his foster home and pack, snuggling up to human and doggo alike! This little, 5 month-old lovebug is also potty & crate trained, and good with kids.

Adoptable Nessa is ready for her happily ever after! This super sweet, affectionate 1yo girl was found as a stray in need of FHO (femoral head removal) surgery, and NELR was happy to join forces with our amazing southern rescue friends to get her through the surgery to relieve the pain and related disuse of her leg/hip. These days you wouldn't guess what she went through when you see her happily playing with her dog friends! She will need someone to help her with easy range-of-motion stretches and to add things like stairs and inclines/declines to her daily routine for a bit longer to be sure everything is perfect, but her recovery is going so well and she's such a good girl for all of it! She loves to play and hang out outside, but also adores couch snuggles and curling up with her human or dog friends. She's potty & crate trained and ready to be part of your family!

🚨 Help Needed! 🚨

Sweet Mama Whiskey Mae found herself in a bit of a predicament… She and the neighbor’s dog had a little too much fun, and—oops—here are the results! 🐶

Unfortunately, Whiskey’s owner faced a tough situation when their landlord demanded all puppies be removed within 24 hours. With no other options, mama and babies were headed for the shelter—already overflowing. That meant these little ones would be an owner surrender with an uncertain future. 😔

But foster hero Tonya stepped up! 🙌 Despite already being at capacity, she opened her heart and home to Whiskey Mae and her nine precious pups. Now, they are safe, warm, and loved. ❤️

With several litters already in our care, we weren’t prepared to feed nine more hungry mouths. We could use some help with supplies to keep these babies happy and healthy.
