💔 Chili Has Tested Positive for Parvo 💔
Our sweet boy Chili has tested positive for parvo and is being hospitalized. He will receive IV fluids and an antibody shot to give him the best chance at survival.

His two siblings, who have been with him, are now on their way to the ER vet for evaluation and antibody shots as a precaution.

We are currently looking at over $3,000 in medical expenses. Unfortunately, without immediate financial support, we will have no choice but to pause all new intakes until further notice. This breaks our hearts, but we have to care for the dogs already in our rescue.

💔 Chili is back at the ER 💔
Our sweet boy Chili has returned to the emergency vet. He’s still not eating or drinking, and we’re very concerned. The vet team will be running an ultrasound, lab work, and a blood pressure test to help determine what’s going on.

These tests are critical — but they come at a cost. We could really use your support to help cover his care. No amount is too small, and every dollar brings us closer to answers and relief for Chili.

3 years old, and 70 lbs. Tonya is heartworm negative, walks well on a leash, and knows some basics.

Be active Tonya loves her ball!

Current on a vet care spay surgery is upcoming.

Loving and active home required!

Let’s give a big shoutout to our amazing senior, Dex! 💙

Dex is doing great after receiving his first heartworm treatment this past Friday. He’s been a trooper through it all, and once he completes his treatment, he’ll be ready to find his forever family.

This loyal boy is everything we love about the German Shepherd breed—noble, devoted, and full of heart. A true gem waiting for someone to love him in his golden years. 💫

Chili had X-rays today, and we’re relieved to share there’s no obstruction—such good news! 🙏 He received an anti-nausea injection and fluids, and we’re hopeful he’ll be feeling better soon.

Today’s vet bill came to $308, and thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised $116 so far toward covering his care. 💛

💔 The reality of rescue is this: we’re constantly asking for help. Adoption fees rarely cover the full cost of what we put into these dogs—especially when they need medical care, training, or both.

We’re a rescue that does whatever it takes to set our dogs up for success, but we can’t do it alone.

Happy Sunday from Hans! He went from being terrified of a harness and leash to sitting on his own, patiently waiting to be hooked up! We finally caught it on video.

We will be making a post later in the week to explain how easily his EPI is being treated and the progress he’s made in just a few days!

Hans would do best with an active family or one where he has another energetic dog to play with. 💙

Right now, we are caring for 22 dogs in our rescue. That’s 22 mouths to feed, vet, train, and provide preventatives and care for—plus cover any unexpected medical needs that come our way.
