Ellis. Update. After 7 days of antibiotics, topical treatment and ear cleaning and treatment daily her skin lesions are slowly healing. She has been shedding coat quite a bit but, it is starting to ease up some. She is becoming easier to medicate going from 30 minutes to 15 total time. With the sudden increase in temps we want to get her on a flea prevention medication today to prevent further problems. 🫶🦮🐾🙏💕

This is where veterinarians fall short. This girl has some severe skin issues most likely allergies. She is covered in sores, skin is dying in spots and losing coat daily along with sink in areas turning black. The owner is 80 and the vet wants him to bath the dog 3x a week, medicate her ears daily and apply topical dray to affected areas. Then needs to be walked in a harness not a collar. The owner explained his hearing is bad walks with a cane and has some other health concerns. No empathy for the dog or the owner, NONE. This is how bad things happen to good dogs. I have asked several mobile groomers if they could bather once a week with the medicated shampoo and get paid, no we are to busy!
