Mudd Creek Farm Located in Beautiful Upstate New York, established in 2007 We started our herd with eight cows and ended our fourth calving season with 40.

Mudd Creek farm is home to a fold of Scottish Highlander cattle or as we like to call them, the Happy, Hairy, Hippie Cows. We have enjoyed raising these animals and look forward to the years to come.

Dinner tonight...Penne with Mudd Creek Ground beef and homemade tomato basil meat sauce. This meat is so lean I don't even have to drain before adding the sauce. Yummy!!!
