Job Description:
• Greeting customers with a positive, helpful, and welcoming demeanor.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Answering a multi-line phone system, interacting with customers, and scheduling appointments.
• Schedule appointments, document patient information, check clients in and out for their appointments, and process payments.
• Helping to maintain the flow of appointments.
• Helping maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
Skills:
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred, but not required.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures preferred, but not required.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position will start off as part-time, but it does have potential to become full time. Rotating Saturday schedule (half day). The person must have reliable transportation for potential travel between Saint Mary’s and Celina. Pay is negotiable based off experience.
