Meet Buttercup! 🍫 (female, 13wks old, fiv/felv negative)

From her foster mom - “Buttercup came to us with no trust and it’s been a journey to win her over. She went from shaking and hissing in a corner to now perking up when we come in the room to visit. It’s been so rewarding to watch her throw her full body into pets and drool A LOT in the process. She loves to play and is a very inquisitive girl.”

Meet Basil (12wks old, male, fiv/felv negative negative, good with cats and dogs)

From his foster - basil is always ready for adventure, playful, inquisitive, and eager to join in whatever is going on. He will gently hug your calf to let you know he wants to participate, then sprint to tackle a toy or sibling. Once he gets his energy out, he loves to curl up next to you for snuggles.

Another very special kitten feature 🖤

You may remember the 4 kittens that were found outside in a heatwave in a cardboard box.. all have been adopted but one.

Meet Marina, this lady is extra special, she has a wobble in her hind end that the neurologist believes is congenital, besides walking with a bit of a sway this girl is otherwise completely “normal”

A note from her foster - “Marina, affectionately called “Maneenah” by her foster, is a sweet, endearing and respectful young lady with a swish in her hips that doesn’t slow her down. She is comfortable playing with her siblings and entertaining herself while observing the world around her. She is a better climber than jumper, and likes to have her belly rubbed. “

Another kitten dumped outside,
Featuring Ollie 🐾

Ollie is about 12wks old, male, fiv/felv negative

Unfortunately like most of our kittens Ollie was found outside, although a bit nervous at first we knew he was not born out there. He was found alone, no sign of siblings or a mom, making it even more likely he had an owner, very short term. What Ollie deserves is an owner, forever. If you’re able to give him that seemingly easy commitment please apply for Ollie, if it’s not a perfect time for you to adopt, please share!

Good morning friends! We are down to our last 20 cans of wet food :( sounds like a lot, but with 45 kittens, that actually will deplete before Tuesday! We've added wet food to our Amazon wishlist posted here, if you're able to send us a bit of canned food. Thank you for helping us feed all of these cuties! From her foster “Tiny but fearless, and demands attention and affection as soon as she sees you. She loves carrying toys while chirping to announce her hunting skills, and is happy to investigate anything new in case she could climb on it. Also a fan of hammocks and naps on laps.”

Bubbles came from the streets and this girl is never looking back 😅

From her foster - “Bubbles living up to her name by being the sweetest of the bunch but definitely not the shyest. She’s she smallest of her sisters with the biggest personality. She’s a big fan of the wand toy and pets of any and all kinds and will reward you with endless purring from it”

Bubbles is spayed, FIV/FELV negative, dressed up and ready to head home!

We have a very special kitten feature 🥹

Klein is about 16wks old, he lived the majority of his life homeless in a parking lot. Once he was taken in by bcc it was very apparent that his early life had been a scary one.

Klein is the SWEETEST but boy is he petrified.
He will let you hold him as long as you want, he’s too nervous to be uncooperative.
He will eat food out of your hand because he’s too polite to say no.
And he will purr after a bit because deep down he’s learning to love this indoor life.

Klein will be a tough adoption because he isn’t your typical “outgoing” kitten, we are seeking a special and patient person to take a chance on Klein to prevent him from going to our shelter (kittens will outgrow foster homes). He was already previously failed by humans and we so badly want to change his mind.

Please share Klein, we know his family is out there!
