A few weeks ago a nice gentleman named Bob called and inquired about staying a few days. He was waiting for his friend to prepare a spot for him on his own property. I told Bob we don't do nightly rental, but if he donated to Wounded Warriors Project, he could stay for a few days. We offer this to first responders, vets and active duty military. Bob said he was a retired firefighter.

Bob called today, said our offer was gracious, but his friend had his spot ready and he wouldn't be needing to stay. However, he donated $150 to Wounded Warriors anyway.

Patriots come in many forms, Bob, sir you are surely a patriot, and thank you for your service as a first responder!

We currently have four long term sites available. $450 monthly includes water, sewer, high speed internet and trash. Electric is metered so you pay for what you use. Soon we will have a tiny house available. We hope to bless a veteran or elderly retiree with an affordable long term tiny home for them.

Again, the time has come to say Goodbye and Godspeed to some of our Cove family.

Anthony, we are glad after several months, you finished your forever home, and are now moving in. Congrats!!

Phillip, we hope your new adventure out west is productive and fulfilling. And yes, we will keep a spot open if you ever come back this way.

Finally, Dave and Tracy. You guys were one our first families here. We watched you grow, and were glad to provide a tiny house for you to settle down in. Thank yall for looking after Ma the two years she was here, and we wish you the best in your new home on the lake.

The Cove RV Park in Esto Florida, is working hard to improve services for all of our long term guests. Recently we added three high speed wifi antennaes to improve our 1 gig dedicated fiber internet for the park. We have also contracted to provide mosquito control in the park for our tenants so they can enjoy the summer evenings. Also, we have additional cameras installed throughout the park.

We currently have a few lots available. Our rates are $450 monthly plus electric. Power is metered so you pay for what you use.

The rate includes water, sewer, trash, lawn care, internet and a laundry room is also onsite.

We have a small playground, community garden site and we are pet friendly.
