Hello! I trust that everyone is enjoying a splendid day. I would like to convey some important information. We have been experiencing certain challenges. If you are a new client and fail to respond to any of our text messages, phone calls, or reminders, please be reminded that we send reminders three days prior to your appointment. If there is no response from you and we receive no communication, regrettably, your appointment will be removed from our schedule. We have encountered several incidents recently where we arrived at a location, only to find that the homeowner either does not have a fur baby or did not contact us. This has occurred on multiple occasions over the past few months. Therefore, we are implementing a new policy: if you do not respond to any of our text messages, reminders, or phone calls, your appointment will be rescheduled. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as it is indeed a disruption and a waste of resources to travel to a location without prior communication. Additionally, we are encroaching upon the privacy of another individual’s home.
Furthermore, we are reaching out to multiple clients regarding payment. Payment for grooming services is expected immediately upon completion of the grooming session. If you are unable to make payment, we kindly ask that you refrain from keeping your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a delay of one or two weeks for payment; it must be settled promptly after the grooming is finished.
I understand that not everyone has control over street parking, and it is common for individuals to park on the street regardless of the situation. However, if you could make every effort to ensure that the area in front of your home is clear on the day of your grooming appointment, it would be greatly appreciated. Our groomer needs to park in front of your residence for her safety and that of your fur baby, as we cannot ascertain the temperament of your fur baby in relation to other individuals or animals in the vicinity. Unfortunately we can't park at a park or at a store to do your groom. All grooms are done in front of your home.
