Dear Zoom Room Family,

I wanted to share with you an additional update and the resolutions we have put in place to be sure you can restore access to your accounts.

Mindbody, the system you use to book classes for your pup(s) at Zoom Room, recently updated their system to enhance security (yay!) and some of our clients are reporting a few login hiccups (boo!). Continue down this email for some tips and tricks on how to get access to your Zoom Room account and pay extra close attention if you’ve used Mindbody outside of Zoom Room previously.

Step 1: Head to www.zoomroom.com
Try logging in to your location with your usual Zoom Room email and password. If this works, great! If not, continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Getting a prompt from Mindbody to use a different password?
If you’re asked to log in using your Mindbody password instead, that means your Zoom Room account is linked to another Mindbody profile (like if you’ve booked a class at another studio or spa before).
Remember your Minbody password? Go ahead and log in with that.
Drawing a blank? Just click “Reset it Here” to request a one-time-password (OTP) to reset your account. If you didn’t receive the code, hop to Step 3.
If you did receive it, enter the code, reset your password, and log in. Voila!

Step 3: Didn’t get your OTP to reset your password?
Reach out to your local Zoom Room via phone, email or stop on by - we’ll manually reset your password on our end to get you in.

E-collar dog training isn't a good training option. Aversive training measures cause stress and pain rather than building a bond with your dog.
