Nookie Update. 😢😢

My heart is crushed. Her body has been found. Found off of 83 in the brush, visual shoes to more than likely been hit by a vehicle. Outcomes like this just tear me apart. The owner has been contacted and is making the
3 1/2 hour drive to pick her up and take her home to be laid to rest! Wasn’t the closure we all wanted I know ! I want to personally thank everyone that prayed and searched. This alone meant the world to the owner and me !

Nookie update. Several people have been out searching in the latest sighting area. But unfortunately no luck !

I have 200 dollars from anonymous donors for her return. Yes. It includes if she is found alive or dead. Please if someone might have hit her and afraid to speak up, it’s ok. Accidents happen dogs run into the street. The owner just wants closure.

Let’s get Nookie home to her family !

I had a message about a deceased dog on 83 between Concan and Leakey. They said left side as your coming from leakey abd houng to concan. More so grassy shoulder normt in road. It was Wednesday morning. Please any of you driving this stretch of road can be on the lookout and if seen please stop and take a picture. Get me exact details of where and I will go get and give it a proper burial. If it is Nookie then her family will at least have closure💔💔😞😞

No telling how many litters of puppies this momma dog has had! Living in a culvert and raising six babies she has done an amazing job to care for them. Now it’s my turn to help her! Look at her ! She’s beautiful and is so happy! The kids ain’t to shabby either !!!

Story time…….
What an adventure today.. Caidy and I left out for EaglePass Texas this morning to get the momma husky and her 6 pups. (Posted about it a bit ago) however i Wanted to share about our trip! My poor car is 4 cylinders and one has been dead for a long time! lol. It ticks and drinks oil! Farthest I’ve been driving is to Uvalde and back. I didn’t tell Caidy until I had her secured in my car! 😂😂😂😂. Anyway we head out. All was good going. Got there, caught the momma and her puppies, checked the oil, added some and off we go back home. The fun begin before we even got to Uvalde.. the car would run hot, the oil light would come on… I figured the faster I went the cooler the motor would be.. which was the case but when I slowed down or stopped at a red light it would over heat again. Lol. It was touch and go all the way back from uvalde! We got the momma dog and her puppies all settled in at the foster in Concan which did allow my car to cool for a bit! Then off we go again. I get Caidy home, (basically kicked her out of the car ) and took off again for my home. Needless to say it was getting harder and harder to keep the overheating bell from alarming ! But… I made it. Rolled into the drive way and shut off the car. Yep I heard the oil bubbling ! Lesson learned and I won’t be driving it any more long distances. Guess I’m in the new car market now ! On a plus side. I got to see the Rio Grande River and the border crossing into Mexico! Look at all that razor wire!!!!!!

Caidy and I are here in eagle pass catching the momma husky with her 6 pups. We got three pups so far.

HANK NEEDS YOU!
This little guy was living at the vets office in a 2x6 kennel. The previous owners originally rescued him from the streets and took exceptional care for him. They got him all up to date on shots and had him neutered. He did have heartworms but they even addressed that and got him back healthy. Unfortunately their two big dogs did not like Hank and was constantly trying to hurt him. I broke him out of the kennel jail about a week ago and he’s ready for his forever home!

He’s super sweet. Loves to be rubbed and patted, walks good on a leash. I don’t think he likes cats though. He gets along with smaller dog.
The catch is. He’s DEAF. This means he must have an enclosed yard and probably best if going on walks keep him on a leash. He would make someone a great house partner! If interested just send me a message.
