We've all heard the phrase "Adopt dont shop" but here is another perspective...

Adopt or shop responsibly!!

Ethical breeding and rescue are not opposing forces, they are both vital to protecting the welfare of dogs. "Adopt, don’t shop” comes from a place of care, but it oversimplifies the shelter dog crisis. The root causes of pet homelessness are irresponsible breeding, lack of education, and owners who were unprepared for the commitment of a dog.

Many shelter dogs come with unknown histories and genetics. This can make their health and temperament unpredictable. For some homes, the predictability, transparency, and lifelong support that come with an ethically bred dog isn't a luxury, it's a responsible choice.

Ethical breeders fully health test, title, carefully plan each litter, and prioritize temperament, structure, and health. They stand behind every puppy they produce and ensure their dogs never end up in shelters.

Preservation/ethical breeders can continue their efforts to improve their respective breeds while working alongside rescues trying to pick up the pieces irresponsible breeders/owners have left them. Adopt or shop responsibly ❤️

Sneak peak of Sways babies 🥰 they are 6 weeks old today! Time got away from me this evening and we will be busy Christmas day so I will be posting updated photos of both sway and poppy babies tomorrow ❤️❤️❤️

Sway still has two ginormous healthy males unspoken for, surprisingly! If you have been on the hunt for a male pup with proven trainability, brains and looks, these are two puppies that I wouldn't want to miss out on.
