ANNOUNCEMENT!
With the current flooding that san angelo is under please everyone be safe and watch out for your pets! This flooding will be affecting our natural widllife!! Snakes and turtles will be in areas they were not before. Birds and squirrels will be downed out of trees. Opossum and racoon babies will be separated from their mom's and bunny dens will be flooded. Please everyone keep a look out and if any animal is seen in distress contact proper rescues! We take in reptiles and wildlife.

A turtle's shell is a living part of its body, with nerves connecting to the central nervous system, meaning they can feel pain and pleasure through their shell.

Unlike some reptiles, turtles do not shed their shells.
