Friends, if you don't want your pets to go missing this holiday season, put a leash on them more often, and be as present as you possibly can be.

That means, go outside with them and stay out there until they are done w their business.

If your dog is prone to BOLT, then a leash is going to be your best friend.

Important tip: Keep them away from doorways, especially if they are off leash. That means do not open the door with them in the doorway space off leash.

All owners should be able to "Claim" the doorway area.
