Hi all,

We were so blessed that our friend and equine advocate Katy Langlois volunteered her incredible skills and the magical vision she brings to her photography for the 2024 Mustang Showcase. Below you will find a link where you can go to see the photos and order the ones that you like. We appreciate you all attending and participating in this important event to raise money for Wild Heart Restart Ranch and to showcase that the American Mustang is alive and well in domestic roles everywhere. The Mustang Showcase is so vital to Wild Heart as we continue to free wild horses from holding and adopt them out to new and wonderful homes where they can thrive.

We are so grateful to everyone involved and hope to see you all back in 2025!

We are so proud to be featured! Thank you Press Democrat and such beautiful pictures by Kent Porter.

Just want to clarify a little:

The event raised over $16,000 (gross, before expenses). We had over 50 riders with a total of 220 class entries (many of whom were riding Mustangs)! The event was free to the public, so we didn't have a way to track how many spectators we had. It sure was bustling with people all day long though! Our 15+ merchants/vendors were very happy with the turnout.

Funds raised will go directly to our efforts of getting wild Mustangs out of BLM holding pens, gentling them and finding them good homes, as well as keeping our sanctuary horses safe and happy.

The High Point Novice Buckle went to Annie Tyo on her Mustang, Wild Bill
The High Point Open Buckle went to Jennifer Mayfield on her Mustang, Hondo
The Love Like Emily Buckle went to Sabina Malone on her Quarter Pony, Boomerang

Class winners took home ribbons in places 1st through 6th with 1st place winners getting additional gifts from our sponsors.

We had an incredible amount of feedback from attendees about how thankful they were that we had brought an event like this to the community, and how much they loved it.

Our hope is that this event really raises awareness in our local horse community and beyond that Mustangs really do make incredible riding partners and are just as versatile as any other domestically bred horse.
