Everyone welcome, Tilly!
She is a 1 year old Dalmatian here for our 3-week board and train!
Some problems tilly has are…
- jumping on people
- counter surfing
- Pulls hard
- Always barking
- Really only listens when she wants to
Some goals, her owners have are…
- Easy walks
- No jumping
- better basic obedience
- overall, a calmer mindset
- and to be able to take her places with ease of mind
We will keep you updated on her progress. We are so excited to get started with her. She is going to be a fun one!

Meet Hank!
This happy and handsome boy is an 8 month old goldendoodle and he’s here for our 2 week board and train program!
Hank doesn’t really know any commands so we will be working on his obedience as well as addressing some unwanted behaviors such as:
-Jumping on people
-Play biting
-Biting at the leash
-Counter surfing
-Overall manners
The main goal his owners have for him is for him to be calm and well behaved whenever people come into the home.

Everyone welcome Miss Millie! She is here for our 2 week board and train to work on all her obedience and leash manners! She is a 2 years old English black lab full of energy!
Some of her problems include
- No leash manners
- Jumping
- Picks and chooses when she wants to do things
- Jumps on furniture
Some goals her owners have
- No jumping
- better overall obedience
- leash manners
- solid recall
Millie is a very excited and happy girl and we are so excited to get to work with her! We will keep you posted with her progress as we work a lot on that calm mindset!

Everyone welcome Miss June-bug! She is a 4 year old bloodhound with the sweetest face!
Her problem areas include
- No leash manners
- Barking at anything and everything
- Resource guarding
- No recall
- Nail trims
Some goals her owners have are
- Easy walks
- Solid Recall
- Leave it command
- Overall better obedience
I will keep you posted on her progress, we are so excited to work with her! 😁

Let me introduce our two new board and trains Beau and Ziggy! These two could not be more opposite!

Up first we have Beau! He is a 3 year old German Shepherd here for our 3 week board and train. The primary reason Beau is here is to work on his reactivity and some aggression issues. He has several bites on his record and reacts like crazy at people and other dogs when he is out on a walk, if people walk by the house or try to come in causing his owners to have to put him up whenever people come over. He already knows a lot of his basic obedience but picks and chooses when he wants to listen and rarely makes a good choice on his own when distractions are present.

Next up we have Ziggy! She is an almost 6 months old mini Bernedoodle and she is also here for our 3 week program. Ziggy doesn’t really know any of her commands and the primary reason she is here is to work on her obedience and correct some puppy behaviors like play biting, jumping, pulling on the leash, and getting into things she shouldn’t. We will also be working lots on getting her well socialized while she is here and making it more enjoyable to take her out places!

We are gonna have a blast with both of these pups and we can’t wait to keep you posted on their progress!

Introducing Wren!!
Wren is a 6 month old German Shorthair Pointed who came to us all the way from Michigan! Wren is here for our two week board and train and we will be working on:
-Off leash obedience
-Better manners
-Building up her confidence
-Leash manners and some reactivity
-General obedience
She is here for a 2 week board and train and we can’t wait to help her and her owners be able to live a happier life together!

Introducing Blossom🌸
Blossom is a 4 year old Australian shepherd here for our 3 week board and train program. She knows a good amount of obedience commands but you can’t always get her to do them. The main reason Blossom is here for training is because of her extreme reactivity. She barks like crazy at anyone she sees no matter how far away they are, on walks, and when people come into the home and will also bite if given the chance. She is a very timid/insecure dog (which plays into her reactivity) so we will be working lots on trying to build up her confidence. Her owners aren’t able to do certain grooming things with her due to some aggression while being handled as well. There’s a few other things we will be teaching Blossom and working on with her while she’s here but for the first couple of days our main focus is going to be on bonding with her.
Be sure to cheer her on over the next few weeks as you watch her progress!
We can’t wait to help this sweet girl be able to live a more fulfilled and enjoyable life!

Our dogs and our board and train Ellie had a blast on their hike today!
One of Ellie’s problems when she came to us was barking like crazy at other dogs due to not having been around them much. Getting proper socialization is one of the biggest benefits to doing a board and train with us! Ellie is learning a very valuable skill of being calm and neutral around other dogs👏🏼

Meet one of the happiest boys to exist, Baker! Quickly nicknamed by Nate, The Baconator! 🥓 😂
Baker is a 5 year old yellow lab that is so excited about life but that excitement is one of the very reasons he is here for training. Baker knows a lot of his commands but picks and chooses when he wants to do them and struggles to stay in commands. Some of his problems include:
-Getting overly excited when guests come in, jumping up and playing biting. Often times his owner has to put him outside or in another room whenever people come to the house
-Ignoring commands when he’s distracted (especially recall)
-No threshold manners and will rush up and down stairs. This is a huge issues as there is family in the home that uses a walker and Baker likes to rush past them on the stairs!
-Getting overly excited whenever his leash is brought out and will not calm down. This is also an issue whenever he gets into the car
-He pulls extremely hard on the leash

The main thing we are going to be focusing on with Baker is teaching him how to have a calmer state of mind and learning to control his excitement! Some specific goals his owner has for him are:
-Behaving well when guests come over
-More enjoyable walks
-Threshold manners
-Teaching him to settle and have a calmer state of mind so he’s able to enjoy more of life with his owner!
