This is a reminder of our return policy:
Items such as accessories (collars, bandanas, harnesses, leashes) we will give a full refund for if returned, with receipt, within 7 days of purchase. It must still have tags, not been used and in original condition.
Food, treats, and snacks cannot be returned due to safety concerns. If your pet doesn’t take to a food please consider donating it to the shelter.
Any items bottled such as supplements, shampoos, sprays, etc. cannot be returned due to safety concerns. Once again if your pet doesn’t take to an item please consider donating it to the shelter.
The safety of our customers is our number one priority. Due to not knowing how the products are stored, handled, and the environment around them after they have left the store this is the reason behind our policy. We would hate for another pet to get sick due to a returned/ tampered with product.
