I haven't posted in a while... It has been a busy summer between work, lessons, lots of home improvements, and trying to rehab Cj's torn tendon... my students haven't shown much this summer but the few we have gone to have been a big success. The girls did there 1st hunter derby which was a lot of fun, the horses even had a blast. We went to a few shows hosted by If Only, yesterday was one of those shows. The girls did great!! Even though I wasn't able to make it to the 4h shows the girls qualified for state fair, had a great time and even came home with ribbons from very large classes at states... I couldn't be any prouder of all of my students. KEEP UP THE HARD WORK, IT PAYS OFF IN THE END!!!

We are on week 3 of tack walking, Cj is still doing well. We now go to 20 minutes.

On this beautiful day Cj was lucky and was able to enjoy his 15 minutes of grazing...17 weeks ago cj tore a tendon and has been on stall rest. 2 ultra sounds later is is still on stall but can hand graze as long as he doesn't do much walking....Cj was also diagnosed with Cushing a couple weeks ago I have say he still looks great for being 24yrs and lost a lot of his muscle due to stall rest.... I feel bad that he missed most of the nice weather.

Once again I am very late with my post.... Morgan, Kailey, and Maddy all had a great horse show last week end at the summer kick off show in Batavia, NY.... They had large classes and came home with lots of ribbons. Keep up the great work!

Ok ok... I have been bad this year and haven't posted anything this year. It has been a busy summer. Now that autumn is here and school is back in session we have been enjoying the trails.

Hi everyone, horse show season will soon be upon us. I have a couple of dates available for April. I have April 23(Albion,NY) or April 30-may 1( chemeng co.) This is a 2 day show if interested in showing both days, if not I would go just Sunday... Please let me know if interested.

2015 was Kailey's 1st yr. showing in the 13 yr. and under division. She ended it with a big bang, top 10 in the nation (and many rom's). WAY TO GO KAILEY!!!
