I don’t know what this machine does,
but I feel qualified to supervise it.

I slapped it twice, so hopefully that helped.

Just a reminder that Roper Mountain Animal Hospital will be CLOSED Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day.

Please call the humans this week for medication refills, prescription food, and other pet essentials before the holiday weekend. 🐾

Our CSRs aren’t big on photos or the spotlight…
but they are really good at keeping everything, and everyone, together.

They’re the voices on the phone, the calm at the front desk, the schedule-jugglers, message-takers, problem-solvers, and professional “let me check on that for you” queens.

They handle the calls, the questions, the chaos, the plot twists… and always make time to love on the pets who come through our doors.

The work they do matters more than they probably realize, and we are lucky to have them as part of our team.

Happy CSR Week to our front desk team! Please help us show them some love! Heather and Tammy, we appreciate you both so much. 💙🐾

We’re planning to open Monday, January 26 at 10:00 AM. We’ll continue monitoring conditions and will update if anything changes.

For the dogs who refuse to go outside, the dogs who won’t come back in once winter unlocks new smells, and the cats supervising from a warm spot - we hope your negotiations are going well. Stay safe!
