Mutt Cuts LLC is closed for all services until July 1. Our son is having tibia and fibia osteotomies tomorrow in Delaware and we will be staying locally while he rehabs and adjustments are made to the cage that will be on his leg until September. I am scheduling July appointments now. Thank you for your understanding!

Being in high demand is a great issue for Mutt Cuts LLC to have! We have clients on a waiting list, cancelation list and scheduled out until the middle of August. With that being said, if you NO show/NO call you will not be our client. We will not give you 3 strikes, simply put you will not be booked again. We have the ability to see if you've confirmed your appointment or read/seen your reminders. We have so many clients and potential clients we can not waste our valuable time.

Also, we are not the only groomer in town. If you make an appointment with Mutt Cuts LLC and then get into another groomer quicker, or give it a try with a home haircut PLEASE cancel or reschedule your allotted appointment! We are a 6-8 week wait to book! Please see exhibit 1 picture below of poor Willow, who would have loved to have her "spawday" today, instead of waiting until her upcoming appointment! Mutt Cut friends and family we are attempting to use our new software for appointment reminders.....eventually (GULP) online grooming scheduling, report cards, payment processing, and more! Starting out slowly and trying to learn as we go! This update is brought to you by Cali's GORGEOUS lashes!

As a one on one groomer, I average 6 pets daily, five days a week, that's an average of 120 grooms a month! I also board pets and summer is steadily adding more to our calendar. I'm thankful to be in high demand and for my business to be thriving, but I need to establish some policy updates.

Phone calls; please understand for my safety and animal safety I can not answer my phone while grooming. Voice-mails, texts and messages will be returned when time allows and can take up to 48 business hours.

Walk in/Drop in; Please do not pop in to tour the salon, ask questions or just chat. The amount of equipment noise, barking and pick ups/drop offs a conversation isn't possible or safe. Tours can be scheduled and we have pictures of our facility available on our page.

Daycare; unless it has been previously arranged you are expected to pick up your pet promptly. Our kennel runs are reserved for boards and other grooming appointments.

Future appointments; It is best to book your next groom at pick up. We are currently scheduling appointments in mid July!
