Love at first sight? I'm a skeptic... Lightening striking twice? Nah, thats what I thought until I met Esther and Paul Rich. One day, over 50 years ago, Esther stepped onto a bus in Philadelphia and laid her eyes on the bus driver and I've been told there was some serious flirting going on between the two (talk about driver distractions!). Well Esther knew someone who knew Paul, the driver, and she sent her number to him. All of a sudden, wedding bells are ringing :).
But sadly life takes twists and turns and their marriage ended too soon. They had new family's and 30 years later after Esther lost her husband, she did a little FB stalking. (I know you're smiling!) Paul had also lost his wife and slowly they rekindled a friendship. After months of talking, they decided to meet in person and BAM! ⚡🌠🌈 lightening struck for the second time.
So, when Mr and Mrs Rich came walking thru my front door and headed straight for the dog pen and little Miss Rosie ran up to Paul and begged to be picked up, he took her, held her, and said, "She's the one". "But you haven't even looked at the others", I said.
"Nope, dont need to....She's the one".
BAM! ⚡ Love at first sight, Yep. Lightening striking twice, You bet!
