Our primary mission is helping homeless animals in need by providing food, shelter, medical care and rehabilitation while they wait for placement in a permanent home We also have a shelter facility located in Irondequoit, NY. We are a cage-free facility. Our shelter is open by appointment only.

Straight outta the workshop (okay, more like their foster home), meet the Pinocchio Litter—five fabulously affectionate, fantastically playful kittens who are ready to write their next fairytale… starring YOU!

✨ Introducing the cast:
🤥 Geppetto – A brave little guy with a big personality! He runs this show. No lying here (unless he says he’s not the one who knocked over your cat-friendly plant).
🐟 Cleo – Sweet, graceful, and too pretty for her own good. Thinks every water bowl is her personal fish tank.
🐾 Figaro – Dapper, dramatic, and full of cattitude. Demands head scratches and an audience. Will sit on your shoulder like your tiny conscience.
🐛 Cricket – Small but mighty, with wisdom way beyond her months.
🐞 Ladybug – Don’t be fooled by the name—this sassy sweetheart is the stealthiest toy thief in the bunch. Acrobat, cuddler, and nap ninja.

Elvis is a black-and-white heartthrob with swagger in every paw step. He's got that signature purr that’ll make your heart ‘All Shook Up.’ His favorite pastime? Crooning in your lap while making biscuits like he's baking for Graceland.

Priscilla, his gray-and-white leading lady, is pure class with a playful streak. She's elegant, affectionate, and has the softest fur in all of Memphis. When she’s not chasing toy mice, she’s curled up like royalty, ruling her kingdom (aka your couch).

❤️❤️Because love has no age, and beauty needs no eyes to see. ❤️❤️

This weekend, we welcomed Marge into our shelter—a gentle, elderly cat with a heart full of quiet strength. Marge is completely blind, has early stage kidney disease, and is healing from a bad facial wound. Right now, she’s scared and unsure of her new surroundings. Everything is unfamiliar. The smells, the sounds, even the bedding beneath her paws. She navigates the world through trust, touch, and the soothing sound of a kind voice. Marge doesn't know yet that she’s safe. But she is. And we’re going to make sure she feels it, every single day. ❤️

Senior cats like Marge are incredibly special. They may move a little slower or need a bit more care, but the love they give is deep, steady, and true. They ask for so little—and give so much. Every nuzzle, every soft purr is a quiet reminder that aging is not a flaw—it’s a journey, one that deserves dignity, comfort, and love.

Seniors have so much to give. They are calm companions, wise in their own quiet ways, and endlessly grateful for soft beds, gentle hands, and the warmth of a safe home. They don’t climb your curtains—but they’ll climb right into your heart.

Right now, Marge needs time: to adjust, to heal, and to “feel” that kind hands and kind hearts are all around her.

One day, when she’s ready, Marge will need a forever home—one filled with patience, peace, and a cozy spot to rest her head. Until then, we’ll be her safe place. Because senior cats aren’t broken—they’re beautifully seasoned, and they deserve to be cherished.

Once again, you all pulled through! THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored a shelter animal from our GIVING TREE this holiday season and sent donations, gifts or supplies to the shelter! All the animals were spoiled and are happy! ❤️ They are all hoping to be in their forever home by next Giving Tree season when their tags can be permanently pulled from the tree. 🙏🏻
