đ¨ Technical Difficulties (Blame the Dog)đ¨
To our wonderful friends, clients, fans of our work, and especially those of you who just stick around for the puppy content: **Our phones have officially entered a "funkylicious" era.**
It turns out that my Executive Assistant, **Sammy** (who happens to be a dog with very high standards), got tired of our old phone providerâs service. When she couldnât reach me to discuss important mattersâlike the mid-afternoon treat scheduleâshe took matters into her own paws. Without my approval (but with plenty of initiative), she fired our provider and signed us up with a new one.

The "Sammy-Induced" Transition Period--
From today until Friday, May 1st, our lines might be a bit twitchy while the new system gets its tail wagging.
If you try to call and get nothing but digital static, don't panic! Here is how to reach the humans (and the rebellious canine) in the meantime:

A Blast from the Past âď¸
Please see the attached photo for a glimpse into a darker time when "payphones" were a thing. As you can see by my face, my disdain for phone calls is a lifelong commitment.
However, Sammy insists I tell you that if you're nice to me, I will still answer... **only for you.**
Sammy says, *"Have a greatttt hump day!"* and sheâs (mostly) sorry for the telecommunications blackout.
