As we prepare to mow the first hay of the 2025 season I think it's time to remind everyone please be patient when you see tractors and equipment on the road. I know its slow and we impede traffic and you are in hurry to get to where you need to go. Our equipment is wide, heavy and may or may not have lights. We cannot pull the equipment off the road to let cars pass just anywhere, we will pull off the road or wave you around when it's safe to do so. Please remember we are going as fast as we can and be patient with us over the next several months!

We will be closing the office this weekend to give Jake some much needed rest after a few weeks of 16-20 hour days. VDACS confirms a horse in Chesterfield County has tested positive for EIA. The horse is quarantined and poses no risk to others in the area.
