Home and rested from another great show thanks to HCSC! Thank you to the show staff and judges for putting it on!The weather ended up being great so that was a plus!

Lynix Doench and 🥰Willy Love Me💋 ended up bringing home BOTH res 🏆 High Point Awards 🏆for both Small Fry and L1 Youth! This team is on a roll and isn’t stopping now! Each time out they are getting better and more confident which is always fun to watch!

Watch for this team in the Small Fry Events at the AAQHC this year as well as the L1 Youth wt Western Pleasure and Horsemanship! This will be her FIRST year getting to go to Congress, we all know how exciting that is! She is still looking for some last minute sponsors if you’re able and willing to help her get there reach out to her mom Trisha Doench!

💥Walk on top of the ground. Do not get caught up in the ruts.

💥Work with your partner. Be sure that they understand what you’re asking of them. Make sure that when you discipline them it does not come from anger.

💥Always reward your partner when they try to do right whether it’s perfect or not.

💥Do not let your partner bully you.

💥Know and understand the rules of the game.

💥The closer you are to hitting the marks, the better the score.

💥Concentrate on the look of the whole package not just a few details.

💥Look ahead to the next maneuver but finish the one you’re on first. Always finish what you start.

💥Practice the hardest maneuvers the most so they become easy.

💥If something goes wrong, smooth it over the best you can and move on.

💥Progress is better and more attainable than perfection.
