About Disco:
Disco is around 55lbs with a dark golden coat from Houston. Disco gives 150% on anything he does, then has the off switch to be great at home. He is stunning, intelligent, extremely athletic, and biddable. Disco is an amazing sport golden, excelling in Dock Diving and BarnHunt. He has been the top-ranked golden in NADD the last two years and become a high-ranked master BarnHunt dog. He loves to work and learn new things.
About Reba:
Reba is a slim 51lbs with a dark red coat. She is also extremely athletic with a lovely off switch. Reba is a therapy dog and loves going to the school to be with the children. She is the #3 AKC fastest golden in 2024 in Fastcat, she is jumping elite level in dock diving, she just earned her excellent title in scentwork, working all her elites on the way and she loves playing disc
This is going to be the sports breeding of the year! Puppies are expected to be drivey with nice off switches. Friendly temperaments.
We would love to see these puppies go to sports homes!
Disco has his health clearances (eyes, hips, heart and genetics)
Reba has her eyes and heart and will recieve her hips/elbow and genetics panel shortly.

Little Bella has been working on her obedience, scentwork and introduction to disc.
Her and Koda (and Murphey) are best friends!
Bella is still available and needs her forever home.
She is spayed, mocrochipped, up to date on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, comes with crate and all her toys.
She would do better in a home with a confident male or as an only dog.
She is not a Rocking Paw Goldens, but im helping a past client rehome her.

In conclusion, this study shows that the risk of cranial cruciate ligament disease in dogs is linked to how long they are exposed to natural s*x hormones, and the relationship isn’t simple or linear. The highest risk was seen when females were spayed before about 1054 days (just under 3 years) and males before about 805 days (a little over 2 years). These results may help define what counts as “early” spay or neuter when it comes to cranial cruciate ligament disease risk.

Veterinary reproduction specialists now recommend hormone-preserving sterilization: preventing unwanted litters & less risk of torn cruciates.

Shout out to my girl!
Britany Hall has been my groomer for over 12 years.
She now has a mobile van with Furry Land
Not only does she do an amazing job with goldens and border collies, but she specializes in poodles and doodles!
She is gentle and patient and my dogs absolutely LOVE her!!!!

Fig earned a few more Novice elements titles at the LBK SW trial so she now has her SWN title. We will be working on elites for the next few trials.

Reba picked up her last few element titles to earn her SWE title (Scentwork Excellent). Along with that she also picked up a few Advanced elite element titles leaving her with only needing 1 advanced Exterior for her SWAE title!!!!

I am careful with my goldens. I vaccinate all puppy series through the 1 year vaccine, then we revaccinate about 5 years old. I follow state law on rabies, but make sure we are up to date so we only have to do them every 3 years after that. We also dont spay or neuter until 4 years and up, some boys not being neutered at all. Girls are done around 5 or 6 but only due to convenience for dog sports. No flea or tick as we dont have any at Rocking Paw so they are saved from being poisoned each month. And yall have seen our fresh food toppers. We do everything we can to extend the life of our goldens!

Your vet might call it “routine.”
But a growing number of veterinarians and scientists are sounding the alarm about over-vaccination-especially in breeds like Goldens.
