We ended the first week of school in Franklin horseshowing. The Park at Harlinsdale grounds were lovely. The horses loved their views too.There were some oops moments mixed in with our successful ones. But we survived.

📚Becca & Charlie put in some awesome rounds throughout the weekend. Snagging some good ribbons and just outside of the ribbons in the 2ft derby.

📚 ._0820 & Bo had a good first show back since the early spring. We loved watching them march the 2’6 & 2’9. They picked up awesome ribbons. Including a 4th place in the SRF 2’6 Derby.

📚 & Star had their first outing since the spring. They laid down awesome trips in the Special Htrs & MTHJA medal. Picking up good ribbons.

📚Kadence & Star march around the long stirrup division with consistent trips=great results. They even killed it in their first Derby. Snagging out a 5th out for good company.

📚Charlotte & Indy are always fun to watch together. They had some learning moments but came out in the tri-colors by end of the wkend.

The new IEA Season is amongst us which meant IEA BootCamp time. It was a great two days of team building, adding to their horsemanship skills, scoring each other’s rounds and being around the horses duh.

No running was done this year but emergency dismounting was thrown into the mix. Plus a Green Team & Black Team dual off.

Thank you Isabel for being our MC & our graduated seniors Sadie & Becca for coaching our dual off. Congrats Black Team .

Next recap…We trekked our way up to another in our pocket show. This time at Brownland. Always fun getting to see our horse show friends near and far.

💧Bekah & Blue finally got some show ring since March. We were all about it. They stayed consistent with 🔴⚪️🎀 placing thru out.

💧Jenna & Fresco got into the adult ammy thru our show weekend. We were definitely here for it. The pair picked 🔴🟡🎀🟢 ribbons.

💧Becca & Dior came for the bows and ponies. They were to determined to snag some good 🎀🟢🟤 ribbons in a competitive SS/LS division.

We were smiled, got soaked and floating around the horse show for a good weekend of showing.

Wow!!! Can’t believe summer is coming to a close so soon!

Time for a recap marathon. Let’s a start with a little Jumper fun in our backyard at River Pine.

🌤️Sheridan & Indy had their for off farm show outing. Boy did they have fun holding all the show dogs. She rode to some great ribbons in the Academy W/T division.

🌤️ Charlotte & Indy got their need for speed fix. Snagging a 🟢 ribbon in a competitive .75 speed class.

🌤️Becca & Dior got punch quit a bit in the jumper ring as well. Snagging multiple 🎀 ribbons in the .65 & .75s.

🌤️Michelle & Reina showed off their turnin’ burnin’ skills. The duo grabbed in a 🟡⚪️ ribbon in the .75 & a 🟡 ribbon .85.

🌤️Jenna & Fresco came out for some practice for before tackling the summer Brownland. They picked ⚪️ ribbon in the .75s and a 🎀 ribbon in the .85s.

Just pretending like I can repeat the last horse show over & over. Just for more time with Sweet Cola. You are so missed 😇💚

Thank you our friends for allowing us to host our show at your farm. It was great way to kick off summer break. We love getting to show in our backyard.

Thank you to our TALLC family on helping make it a successful show. Thank you Jess & Tonya for your support.

Recapping time:

🍧 Isla & our beloved Cola produced some awesome trips in the older w/t divisions. They were awarded the “Best Child Rider on Horse” via little ring

🍧 .equiinee & our Cola boy made improves trip by trip. She won the Butterfly battle in my book. We seeing her nailing it.

🍧 & Lacey had some great takeaways both days of showing. Including winning a class and making improvement thru out the weekend.

🍧 & Nelly joined us for the weekend. Which we all loved. What a pair. They rode thru some small kinks to tricolor both days in the Starting & L/S Division.

🍧 Becca & Dior finally hit the AHJA hunter ring together. We were here for it. They laid down stellar trips in the Starting & L/S Division. Securing a couple of tricolors as well.

🍧 & Fresco loved being back in the AHJA show ring. They also worked thru some kinks to some consistent trips both days. Including a tricolor in the Modified division.

🍧 & Reina rocked n roll both days in their divisions. Always showing their gratitude for either. Snagging a tricolor was the icing on the cake.

🥳Congrats to the trainers on the Trainer Attendance Award 🥳

This post has been hard to put into words. Sigh, our sweet Cola “Sippin Cola” went to greener pastures sooner than any of us would want. 2wks feels like yesterday.

Thank you buddy for being the most reliable equine partner for so many ppl. You were always my go to for all types of riders. So many hugs, tears and smiles you managed.

The memories and accolades you made with so many riders is a mile long. From being IEA Horse of the day at the season, regional and zone level. Helping riders become winners in many ways.

I could go on forever but I won’t. You were the GOAT/Teddy Bear/Safety Net/Heart Horse we all needed.

Love you always my sour patch kids ju**ie lover🍬

Last weekend was all about singing, dancing and riding in the rain. Our peeps made the best of things.

Thank you as always to the Team for your horse show hospitality.

☔️ & Reina put in some solid trips. They ended up 2nd in one the Modified classes with other good ribbons

☔️ Becca & Charlie produced some good trips in the Starting division with some ahh uh moments. We loved that.

☔️ .equiinee & Cola had some very consistent trips in the Long Stirrup division. Those trips helped them pull thru with a tricolor for the show.

Good job ladies!!

Part 3 of the TALLC recap
Marathon goes out to our IEA Zones & Nationals adventures . It’s crazy to think the 24-25 is dunzo. The memories are long lasting for sure.

Firstly a shoutout to our team horses:

🦄Apache
🦄Rio

Our season would be nothing without these horses traveling and representing the TALLC team.

Thank you for your support and entrusting us with the horses.

A big hug/thanks to Jennifer & Becca for going over and beyond helping me this season. Beyond grateful

Congrats to the whole TALLC IEA Team on your goal reaching this season. Multiple Regional final qualifiers & Zone Final qualifiers.

& rode their hearts out at Finals back in March. Thank you for representing our team.

🦄Limerick was Sunday’s Show “Horse of the Day”

Our horses were asked again to participate in the National Finals held in St Louis. What an honor and privilege. Each horse helped multiple riders from across the country lay down excellent rides and secure stellar ribbons.

🦄 Limerick helped novice rider .broski.eq secure the National title for the Indv. Novice Flat.

🦄 Apache was recognized for being a registered American Paint with stellar points thru out the show.

Overall a great finals to finish out the show season.

Part 2 of the TALLC recap marathon. Takes us up I65 North to . We loved catching up with our Middle TN peeps and just relaxing at the show.

It was adult ammy vibes the whole weekend. Which was a success.

🐰 & Reina continue to make leaps and bounds as a team. They tackled the 2’6 height in the Limit Htrs. Producing some of their personal rounds. It helped them be champion of the division.

🐰 .eq & Fresco tapped into their young adult ammy role. Showcasing that they still got and it’s fun to just horse show. The duo stayed in the ribbons the whole weekend.

What a fun way to spend Easter Weekend 2025.
