It’s been a really hard week at LCF. Sully came to us a few years ago after retiring as a field hunter. He had been on private turnout for many years before coming here, and he was so happy to finally have friends. Sully nickered every time he saw you, whether you were coming to feed him or give him medication for his latest mishap. He certainly kept us on our toes, from jumping over a gate (poorly) or spooking at the wind. He loved his friends Al and Murphy. He loved all of us. A huge thank you to Dr Cindy Kimbrell for helping this fellow over the last few years, and for easing him out in a bed of grass. Rest easy, sweet Sully. We will miss you. ❤️

Miss Poppy has gotten so talkative and loving as she’s gotten older. Last year we could barely touch Poppy and Ivy and now they are so friendly and sweet! I love my barn girls. ❤️🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Thankful for morning shade in the arena so I can get a ride in before it’s 5 million degrees outside. 🥵
