We have a few current openings available now. Located between Joshua and Cleburne, TX.

*** Very quiet barn with only a few boarders that get along well ***

As of July 17th
(1) 12x12 Box stalls with attached 115 ft runs

(3) Small paddocks with 10x10 shelters and 19x73 runs

(1) Large paddocks with a 12x12 shelter with a water faucet and 75x75 runs. Minimum of 2 horses to go in these pens.

* Self-care (you supply feed, grain, and shavings if needed, and take care twice a day and water)

* Partial care (you supply feed, grain, and shavings if needed but barn feed once a day for you either AM or PM and check water as well)

Sorry no full care at this time due to work schedule.

* Large well lite outdoor arena 180 x 265 with round pen

* 1/4 mile breeze track on rolling hills

* Indoor and outdoor wash racks

* Tackroom if needed

* Covered Hay/feed storage

* Free Trailer parking

*Large paddocks are harrowed every Week.

The owner lives onsite, so horses are always kept an eye on.

Located 5 mins away Northcrest indoor arena allows haul-in during bad weather or another place to get your horse out every day of the week. Also does some barrel racing jackpots.

We have a few current openings and some available June 1st. Located between Joshua and Cleburne, TX.

As of May 15th
(3) 12x12 Box stalls with attached 115 ft runs

(2) Small paddocks with 10x10 shelters and 19x73 runs

(3) Large paddocks with 12x12 shelter with water faucet and 75x75 runs. Minimum 2 horses to go in these pens.

Available: (1) RV Spot with water and power hook up under a full covered storage. Sewer can be dumped with the porta potty as needed. Must be clean person as this is one of the first things you see at the barn. Very quiet barn.

** LARGE PADDOCK w/ LARGE SHELTER ** ( 2 AVAILABLE NOW)
~ Paddock #9 - Not sure 100% on size can measure as it on the back of the arena but pretty big for 2 horses and you will have own small feed room / storage shed~
2 horse minimum, private paddock with your horses or you and a friend can share if you want. Harrowed as we can get into it monthly.

** SMALL PADDOCKS ** ( 2 AVAILABLE NOW)
~ (1) 31.5 x 76 with 10 x 10 shelter and (3)19 x 73 with 10 x 10 shelters ~
Private runs on each stall. With easy access to water and close by to the feed room and barn.

Looking for a quiet place for your horses? Well we have a couple options available for you. Located in Joshua, TX close access to the freeway to get to Glen Rose, Stephenville, Weatherford, Ft Worth or North and South and very easy to get up or down I35.

** LARGE PADDOCKS ** ( 2 AVAILABLE Paddock #8 & 9)
~ 75 X 75 with 12 X 12 shelters w/waters in each shelter~
2 horse minimum, private paddock with your horses or you and a friend can share if you want. Harrowed weekly if I'm in town, if not as soon as I get back.

** SMALL PADDOCKS ** ( 3 AVAILABLE NOW Paddock #2, #3 & 4)
~ 18 x 70 with 10 x 10 shelters ~
Private runs on each stall. With easy access to water and close by to the feed room and barn.

** INSIDE BOX STALL ** (1 AVAILABLE Jan 1st Stall #4)
~ 12 x 12 Stall with 115ft runs ~
Runs deep cleaned out monthly, if we can try to twice a month. Barn is alleyway is concrete and kept cleaned as we can. Rotating stall feeders making it easy to feed without having to go in the stall.

AVAILABLE NOW:
1 RV SPOT with power & water hookup (no sewer onsite but can pump at the same time at porta potty when they come out)
