Reminder: No large items to be placed in the manure bins

PLEASE do not place large junk items such as wood pallets or wood posts in the manure bins. Any large items should be piled on the east side of the tractor shed instead of being dumped into the 2 dumpsters.

RRC - Contractor to mow tall green grass - Sept. 8 - 8:00 am through 10:00 am

Corner Kick Landscaping will be at the RRC on Monday, September 8, around 8:00 am to mow all the tall green grass areas along the track and arenas, and patches adjacent to several barns.
They should be done in approx. 2 hours.

📣Club Front Gate on Manual Mode - Reminder



The front gate on Van Giesen Street will remain in Manual Mode until the new parts for the gate opener, which have been ordered by the Contractor, arrive and are installed.



In the meantime, please make sure at all times that you close the gate behind you whenever you enter and/or leave the club.

📣Front gate issue - Update📣

Yesterday morning (August 20), the contractor conducted an inspection of the front gate opener and identified that 2 mechanical components were worn out and did not engage with the gears and the chain reliably. They are going to order these components and will install them immediately after they receive them.

🚨Attention members 🚨 update‼️

This Thursday evening at 6 pm we will have a work day to help take down both round pens in preparation for the rock picking on Friday

Friday, August 22, at 6:00 pm will be for reassembling the round pens and the PVC piping in the dressage arena.

📣🚨Attention 🚨📣
In order to address a key issue reported in the survey about the footing in the Club's arenas and track, the arenas and track will be closed to riding all day this coming Friday, August 22nd, as a motorized vehicle with a rock picking bucket will be operated to pick up rocks down to 2 inches in diameter.
Additionally, as part of this project, it will be great that a few members help disassemble the south and north round pens and move the PVC pipes to the side of the dressage arena at 9:00 am, and help reassemble them the same day at 6:00 pm.

The gate is on MANUEL mode until July 16. When a technician will be there to fix it. Be sure to close the gate behind you!

For the past 2 days, the front gate of the club did not close reliably after club members had driven through it.

The gate is currently on Manual Mode and will remain on manual mode until July 16th
