Not horse related, but some of yall or most of yall know that I compete and also coach wrestling. One of our driven and bad ass girls from the team has a great opportunity but she needs help.

Harley is an inspiring 12-year-old wrestler who has earned a spot on a national team through her hard work and dedication. She needs to raise $1,600 to cover travel and gear costs for the upcoming National Dual Team competition. Supporting her journey means investing in her growth and leadership. Consider donating or sharing this post to help her reach her goal.

Thank yall, stay blessed and enjoy the ride 🤠

"Sometimes our lives have to be completely shaken up, changed and rearranged to locate us to the place we are meant to be." ~Unkown

Where I'm at now is not where I'll stay. Everyday I'm pushing myself a little more and more, mentally it's exhausting physically it can be exhausting as well. The pain still sucks, not being able to do a straight leg raise while laying on my back sucks. It all sucks, but going through the suck and embracing it keeps you moving forward.

Enjoying the small wins, staying hungry and chasing daily goals that lead to the big picture goals.

My big picture goals:

°to be a functional and healthy present husband and father
° Ride
°train
°rope
°live life to the fullest

Some of these goals go beyond just the physical but digs into the mental health of healing as well.

84 days sober. In these 84 days I have been chipping away at things that I have neglected for way to long.

Funny how God will allow you to break yourself almost completely self destruct so you have to take a timeout and rebuild through him.

It doesn't get easier, some days are just better than others but the most important thing is staying focused on him and following his guidance of what he wants you to do.

Yall stay blessed and enjoy the ride 🤠
